It is a more complicated project and full of details. It's completely normal to make mistakes sometimes. We had to redo this entire cosplay 3 to 4 times until it worked, it took 1 month longer than we planned. I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.

Why is it that my motor is have issues rotating the pulley? I glued the foam pulley with the motor arm, but it's not spinning strong. It makes some loud noises, and will only rotate if I manually rotate the pulley.
The problem can be the battery, if you use a battery that's too weak it can get stuck like that, we also ran into this same issue. You can try using a stonger battery. I hope this helps :)

Do I have to use 6v motor? I tried to make many times with 3v motor, with bearing or making structure like real chain, but all failed.(the chain never moved.) So I wonder is it because the motor is too weak... thank you for this video and sorry for asking comment! I really want to make successful!😢
Don't worry! ♡ This cosplay is really complex and we also failed several times until get it moving. We used a 6v motor, and it worked fine. Using a stronger engine might be better too. Sem problema nenhum! Acho que seguir um molde certinho é mais seguro inclusive. Vou postar um vídeo mostrando as serras dos braços e também postar um vídeo mais detalhado explicando como eu fiz todo o cosplay! Espero que ajude 😊♥️

Hola. Lamentablemente, no tengo las plantillas adecuadas para poner a disposición. 😥 Ajusté el tamaño de todos los moldes en la goma EVA, por lo que las medidas no son las adecuadas. 😭

Infelizmente não, os moldes que fiz foram feitos à olho no papel, e depois fui ajustando as medidas no próprio EVA. Então não tenho os moldes e medidas certinhas 🥲
