Hi friends, I hope everyone is enjoying this long weekend! At least if you’re in Canada and if you’re in the US, an early happy July 4th. I haven’t posted a noise and ambient music video in a while. This has delta binaural tones for deep sleep but you’ll need headphones to get that full effect. Regardless, I hope those that enjoy these types of mixes enjoys this one and thanks for listening!
Nice! Glad to hear it Izzy-the music mixes always seem to have a smaller audience but those that like them like them a lot. Thanks for all your support too. Hole you’re doing well.
Oh nice. I’m glad to hear it. Yah these ones with music aren’t as popular, but always seem to find people who seem to really find them useful. Good luck with the meditation! It’s something I need more of in my life… makes a difference when you practice consistently, that’s for sure.
@@OttosHealingSounds After a bit the music did stand out a little much. Maybe instead of music that our brains easily make sense of and anticipate try using different frequencies of random tones starting just outside conscious hearing range and briefly teasing us with swells into audible so it gives us something to look for but our brains won’t be able to anticipate it. I was using this to try to escape from a really bad spiral. I’m just trying to learn how to live, thank you for taking the time to make these
@@jkiron2563you are very welcome and I wish you all the best with your meditation journey. It sounds like you’re on the right path towards increased awareness. I very much enjoyed Sam Harris’s meditation app: Waking Up. It was more about how we think and exploring the nature of consciousness through meditation. Regardless all the best with your journey and I hope it brings some clarity and perspective when you experience trying times.

Havent tried binaural waves yet, wasnt sure if having music would help or be distracting. Tried it during a nap and wow I'm a fan now

This brought tears to my eyes!
Wow, just as long as it was in a good way haha! Thanks for the comment.
@@OttosHealingSounds yes, in a good way! Just so beautiful and moving 🥹
These aounds are great. I am also diagnosed with ADHD and it really helps.
Oh nice! I’m so happy to hear that. It’s so nice when you can find an effective tool to help with focus. Thanks for the kind words of support too!
Thanks for the music in the background. Just starting to try to calm my brain with I guess meditation. Music gave me something to focus internally on.
