The house is fabulous, love the fire put and protection for the sun and that back yard would make teenage kids thrilled!! I have never heard of the "bonus room" before - I like that. I love what the owners have done here with a work out room!! The upstairs is very nice and I like the updates downstairs. The kitchen is terrific. Love the dark colour choices in the living room downstairs - beautiful amenities and design. Amazing value. Hey fabulous value. Impressive downstairs layout. Airdrie looks like a fabulous area to buy and be fairly close to Calgary. Thanks Brad.
I lived in Airdrie for 40 years. Moved there when population was 5000. Now it is well over 75,000. No longer has that small city appeal. It's like a neighborhood of Calgary now. I lived in an older part and our lot was 65 ft by 130 ft. That said, the home is beautiful except neighbors way too close. We sold 4 years ago and moved to an acreage near a small community. Best move we ever made. I really like your presentations though.
considering the entire economy is going down the pipe - hold off for another year and homes will be 1/2 the price today - I have noticed the frenzy in my area is actually cooling - there are fewer over bid offers and offers on the table for 4 days since listing are becoming less and less. The herd mentality of all in...works just the opposite too - the smell of fear and...all out...its a poker game and the cards will be stacked in your favour - just be patient -
Nope can't afford this with the upcoming interest rates ugh. Cool backyard. I'd replace that sport court with a giant greenhouse and chicken farm. Lol.
Why do I feel this very home will be selling for $350,000 within the year. The economy is showing signs of cracking - the true inflation rate is likely around 17.5% and until they get a control of run away inflation - look for interest rates in the 7- 8.5% range by mid 2023 - things are gonna look very ugly, few people will be able to finance a mortgage at those rates at current prices...not gonna happen!!
