Doing the cut out braided back is easy, the rest is a little harder 😊 but I used to do it T-shirts because I don’t suit them, so I’d cut the arms and then tighten the back with cut out braiding.
Ohhhh those ruche skirts are my absolute favorite! I have one in red and in brown! I usually style mine with an allover printed top (long sleeve or camisole) that has the skirt color in it to match!✨
