    Charlie, thank you for sharing your valuable insights as always. I was a bit shocked by the fact that USCIS’s experienced volatility earlier this year will make them to take a very conservative movement for January and upcoming month’s visa bulletin. The bottom line is that it is better for us to have a conservative expectation until the mid fiscal year of 2024. Thank you again for your insights. I hope that more people see this channel and understand a bigger picture instead of listening to random suggested channels talking a lot with no insight.

    Great insight. I’m pretty disappointed in that due to their conservative approach, 21 k FB visas was lost especially in F3 and F4 categories. Their children may be aged out due to delays and eventually go to F2B when their parents arrive in the US. It’s so hurtful to them due to lengthy separation from their loved ones.
