Suits delves into the fast-paced, high-stakes world of a top Manhattan corporate law firm where hotshot associate Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht, “Love & Other Drugs”) makes a risky move by hiring Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams, “Old School”) a brilliant but unmotivated college dropout, as his associate. As he becomes enmeshed in this unfamiliar world, Mike relies heavily on the firm’s best paralegal Rachel (Megan Markle, “Horrible Bosses”) and Harvey's no-nonsense assistant Donna (Sarah Rafferty, “Brothers & Sisters”) to help him serve justice. With a photographic memory and the street smarts of a hustler, Mike proves to be a legal prodigy despite the absence of bonafide legal credentials.

This could be the title of any Suits episode
Underrated comment
could be the title of the show
"What episode of Suits are you watching?"
"The one in which a corporate attorney goes too far to win a case."
"Do you have the slightest idea how little that narrows it down?"
true lol
Lol so true
I don't hate Samantha by any means, but it's hard to feel sympathy for her. SHE broke the rules, after being told not to by her BOSS. Her getting fired was not only fair, it was deserved.
she is for streets
so you simp for her?
@@Infernaladmiralsymp*
Is it really hard to feel sympathy for her considering she got fired for doing something her colleagues have done a hundred times and gotten away with?
@@Tom_Stevens617 not the same at all since she did it when she knew she was under a magnifying glass and risked herself, the firm, and her partners.
and i remind you again - while under the magnifying glass.
Take a drink every time someone in this show says "what are you talking about". You'll be floor-lickin in an episode.
“what did you just say to me?”
"take it or leave it"
"You know how I know that?"
Dang, we got a whole episode written here!
"What exactly do you....?"
Harvey is afraid facing Mike complacently because he know he created a monster in him. lol!
I think it was more that Faye was on their back and doing anything unethically would cause her to do what she did.
“You’re still afraid of prison” coming from a lawyer to another lawyer is wild asf 😂
Samantha is incapable of playing by the rules. She would have lost, but it wouldn't have been the end of the world, but she broke the law anyway
How is that any different from anyone else on the show lol
@@Tom_Stevens617 She did it in a way that could have gotten caught. Sure she says she covered her steps. But also she was yelling about it in the office, so who knows how sloppy she was.
@@RBAWintrow It wasn't her who was yelling, it was Harvey. Robert and even he himself admit that Faye wouldn't have found out if he'd had that conversation anywhere else with her
@@Tom_Stevens617 To be fair, that was dumb from the both of them. Nevertheless, I think Samantha was ridiculous as a character, constantly being called an excellent attorney, but all she does is break rules, trust and laws, and then gets upset when caught
@@Tom_Stevens617 Well being the special master, Faye is supposed to review all the cases, and when some hail Mary testimony comes out of nowhere at the 11th hour, it's going to ring some alarm bells especially on a case that Faye was already concerned about.
"All my bad habits I learned from you..."
So wait the storyline of the final season is that Faye was brought in to make them act ethical, Samantha cheats Mike to win on behalf of a guy who runs sweat shops, Faye fires her, and then the whole gang conspires to get back at Faye? Lawyer shows are weird.
The all gang was crooked from the beginning, don't forget they have a 'Only lawyers from Harvard' rule that makes no sense.
So obsessed with victory that the realisation that seeking out justice is what matters most, not who wins, is forgotten. How sad. 😔
Man, It was really hard to watch suits with Samantha. All she added was just drama, was actually happy when Faye fired her lol. Maybe just me but she didn't add much.
She felt like another Louis. Very flawed and needing alot of development to be liked. After sea a on 8 I didn't think there was gonna be more issues but here we are
Samantha broke the law much more egregiously than any other person in the show (if we ignore the Mike is a fraud thing..... ok so that was the biggest law breaking in the show)
She is horrible and always wants to cross the line!!
This last season was rough to say the least
Samantha lost to Mike
Mike is the best of Harvey and Jessica
Both of them lost to Mike
Im on s7 and I already can feel how much this show will go downhill once Mike leaves.
Mike, Harvey, and Jessica made Suits
Jessica is missed. I kind of missed Mike. But the real problem was how big of a deal they made Donna out to be. I liked the new characters. The ending is one of my favorite TV series endings I've ever seen. Super fitting.
@@BlackTeaNews I DO NOT like how Donna goes from being a secretary (albeit a great one) to a COO line that. Not realistic at all. If I saw that I’d think she slept with Harvey who used his new power as managing partner to promote her. And what’s worse is she openly admits she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
I could’ve bought her getting a promotion to like junior partner or something. Something in the middle then work her way up from that. But from a secretary to the head of the table? Please
@@owenynwa4eva203 I know Mike comes back but just as a guest.
Fact is this show worked cause of Harvey mike and Jessica. Louis was ok, Donna development made little sense and Rachel…..oh boy.
She hadn’t gotten any real development since s2. Can’t really blame Megan for leaving even if she didn’t become royalty.
Yup!
@@jessedellross3245
@@jessedellross3245It made perfect sense for Donna's arc though. Her whole life she was only treated as a secretary even though she accomplished so much more than that and the only people who appreciated it were a few of her colleagues
They tried to make Samantha the 'female Harvey', but they failed miserably. She is so annoying
I've been trying to figure out why I hated her character so much and this pretty much sums it up perfectly. She comes in all big hot shot but shes a crook and a cheat and they all go to bat for her and defend her. There was no actual character development of any kind, she effs up and makes mistakes and theres no apology, no character growth. I really disliked her character big time because it added nothing.
She was never intended to be a "female" Harvey. Tbh you assuming that tells more about you than it does about her
@@XultanisDragonNot sure if you were actually paying attention during S8&9. S9E7 alone depicts a ton of growth for her
@@XultanisDragon
No responsibility and accountability? I see a pattern😂
It’s because Katherine Heigl is extremely unlikeable.
When you lose big to win small wars
I've never met any lawyer who looks like either of those three.
It’s a tv show relax! 😂…a whole group is dedicated to their outfit choices to look top notch Nyc Wall Street
You cant afford the kind of lawyer that has the ability to look like these people though too.
Aside from the fact that it’s a tv show too.
Not even Trump can afford those lawyers
Maturing is realising Faye was never the bad guy.
Expand please
@@matass.6708 ? You realise if this was real life and real people, the public would be supporting Faye? These people are literally committing crimes, often to make rich people richer. The only reason Faye is the antagonist here is because we are supposed to be on Harvey's side.
Naw shes just as bad, she goes back on her word on a whim
Looking back, I wonder if Mike approached Samantha and gave her the proof that she "fabricated" just to set in motion the unfair dismissal case against Faye
Couldn't get past the first few episodes of season 4...Maybe I'll give it another go
Description is wrong. Its not from season3
Which episode is this?
3:41😅😂😂😂
You mentioned wrong episode number
The description is wrong.
Mike had finally bearen harvey then samantha cheated
I'll be the judge of that
i have a feeling macht actually believes hes taller then adams.
He is, Macht is 1.84, Adams is 1.82

When it comes to the law(yer), one must be precise, because the law is a precise endeavor.
Samantha: does something illegal and unethical. Boss finds out and fires her.
Also Samantha: *surprised Pikachu face*
Ok. no. Just no.
First, this isn't how the action would go. This is international clearing, so would be locked in ISDS (it's a court that isn't technically US, but addresses these sorts of issues). Still no jury.
He would claim the company is violanting us laws on using forced labor and that forces a review of the business locally, thus cutting through this corporate scam (which otherwise would succeed).
Upon finding that they are using forced labor or child labor, penalties are enforced by the trade secretary through international free trade laws.
Research is hard in these areas, I know. Perhaps you should have hired a lawyer to explain international deals like this. 😊
That dude is a basketball player in every role
It’s UA-cam, why is the cursing cut?
5:05 interesting
Hence the 'without cause' suit later.. "You have no proof" "I don't care, because I know you did it!"
This show has shown me that Harvard-educated attorneys are some of the dumbest professionals alive. Having such an incriminating conversation so loud is ridiculous.
She did not add to the show. I skipped that season when I did a re watch
Hi, just rewatch this episode, I was wandering, how Mike beat Samantha and Harvey? What does he use againts them with the video tape of the deposition of BS.
Client of Harvey while Mike is acting emotional and instigating the other clients emotions, gets harveys client to admit he doesn't care about folks killing themselves due to conditions as he's doing nothing illegal.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
JFC for such "gifted" attorneys, these morons just create so many problems that they have to create solutions. And most of it starts with having an incriminating conversation way too fu**ing loud. They know Faye's office is right outside and there are others just walking around at all hours. Weren't we told over and over agains for 5 years how great it is to have only Harvard attorneys on their staff? 😅😅😅
It’s FICTION, chill.
2:00 is he the basketball player from Power?
zeke cross
Hahaha

Would it be possible for the defense to waive a jury trial when the plaintiff hasn't agreed to it and wants a jury trial?
I find it hard to believe that they could just waive the jury trial without Mike being able to try to fight it and both of them having to go in front of a judge to make their arguments on this.
Escapes.
Samantha is slippin Jimmy, doesn't like to play by the rules.
I thought Zeke was dead
I was about to make this comment
😂
Nah. He finally made it to the league.
Isn't Heigl the one nobody can stand in real life because she's, um, what's the nice way to say hard to work with?
Dr Steven's became a lawyer?
I mean there is worse ways to get fired she could’ve cut a patients wire
These attorneys are all - literally - the worst attorneys anyone could have. They’re all so bad
SAMANTHA JUST DOESN'T FIT ANYWHERE IN THIS ENTIRE SHOW. JUST NO CHEMISTRY WITH ANYONE
violin to gun fight ? 🤔 to make the one with gun loose if the one with gun gets blood of violin on guns hands ? ?
It's complicated.
Adding F bombs was so forced and unnecessary.
If you don’t like the colourful language, change the channel
It kinda rimmed with Samantha's character since she had a tough life.
Cry more?
In the first few seasons it didnt need the f word all the time.
Censoring them was. F bombs in that context don't seem out of place at all
Don’t remember this
Any even remote sense of realism or decency was completely thrown out by show's end because they just ran out of reasonable conflicts. After Mike got out of prison and became a real lawyer, the show was over
You're joking right. You had to suspend logic and reasoning beginning season 1 episode 1.
I HATE FAYE LOL
THAT is a dress...
faye is a omega level Karen, coming at her Cold like that based on nothing but an angry exchange and a guess at best. firing someone without proof of wrong doing based on an argument that she was not a part of. never wanted to hit a boss more.
To be fair, Samantha broke the law to win. That’s absolutely a fireable offense
@@jeremydale4548 in my defense litterally everyone on the show wanted to hit her.
Samantha is gross and mean
So you want to attack a boss, for her being correct? She asked if Samantha crossed a line and Samantha all but confirmed she did with her answer. Yes she didn’t have the proof needed to fire Samantha at that moment, but Samantha is the one in the wrong here
@@Nando_Lorris_04 except she didnt fire with cause, she fired her because of a pattern where she engineered cause to fire people she doesnt like. so no, sam wasnt right. but faye was def wrong.
Samantha was bad
Harvey is taller? Or are they the same height?
I dont feel sorry for her at all.
Yeah I love Katherine Heigel not on this show the chemistry was blah with the team also
Sux netflix canceled the show
It was a USA Networks show, not Neflix. Netflix is what made the show blow up in popularity. USA made some fantastic TV shows.
Faye is a hypocrite
Extravagant stuff
Used to love this show but it’s so cringe now
Am I the only one who actually liked Samatha lol
You're not alone haha
She was a sore loser who couldnt see the bigger picture.
She couldnt keep her head down and take a loss ONE TIME and it rightfully got her fired.
Not a fan of lawyers other than the ones that fight government overreach. Not a fan of fast talking scripted nonsense that would never take place in a real law office, or any office for that matter. And I'm not sure why this garbage was recommended to me, but I was curious to see how well Katherine Heigl is aging... Turns out not well.
I don't get the appeal of this show..... A bunch of entitled rich snobs arguing about how much they want to win for a company... It's nothing clever or unique with it's framing or storytelling
I don’t not like Donna and Harvey together. Is seem like to date my mother
Like actress like character
Samantha/Katherine are unbearable
The show was ruined when she joined
Just say you stopped watching when she joined, bcos apart from Zane, she was the most memorable addition to the show. Even the other black guy was not up to par with her.
