How could Terpestra not talk about those wheels!
For real!
And then Pinarello unveiled their Dogma XC Bike 🤩
Downcountry suspension set-up and frame geometry, wide rims and tires, plus a seat dropper = the modern XC race bike. Adding a few pounds of bike weight to get a more capable & forgiving bike is absolutely the way to go. After going from a hardtail to a DC bike a couple of years ago, I am fully bought in and having more fun on the downhills too.
Jolanda is the most fun to watch ride or interviewed, she seams less like a racer and more like a mountain biker who just happens to be really good at racing.
Up and down dropper is brilliant
I think it would kill me if I tried to ride it
Essa Ghost é muito irada!
This was awesome! LET'S GO WC SEASON!!
Wow Goodluck to all sana all
4k please! I can feel the original quality was great
Boa sorte avança 👊
WELL!!!!!!!!! let's shock and roll again ladies and gentlemen....
Nice bikes 😊👍🏻👍🏻
The bike came with all the tools needed to assemble ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L and the included instructional video made assembly a breeze. I bought the 20" bike for my child and it looks very nice and rides well. The 6-speed shifter is a little tight on the ends for the little hand but operates well between gears 2-5.While the paint is of good color, it seems to be very thin. I peeled off the white barcode sticker and it took off a big piece of paint with it. Now I need to find some touch-up paint to seal off the steel from the environment before it rusts...
is that dropper (from BMC) availeble in retail? or just in bmc bikes?? looks great
The first woman in the clip, what is she doing there? "I don't know the specifics"
Generally, in this class, it’s not the bike but the rider.
Dónde están las transmisiones en español? Ahora debemos pagar para ver las carreras y en inglés!
caloi 9,66Kg!!! ;)
Bar? on your tires. in what country u from.
06:51 1bar? omg!
For a rider that’s around the 65kg mark on 2.4 tyres that sounds about right, especially if he’s running inserts. I’m 75kg and run 1.2 bar on 2.35 tyres on my XC bike, without inserts.
@@mariusreiter9493 what do you think about me around 75-80 kg and, 2,25 tyres?
@@MaceraMuhendisi it really depends on the tyre. If it's a superlight tyre with a thin sidewall probably around 2 bar, if it's got reinforced sidewalls like EXO or similar probably 1.6-1.8.
@@mariusreiter9493 I use vittoria barzo/mezcal tnt. So they are reinforced. I use 2.7 bar. Is that wrong for tyre life long?
@@MaceraMuhendisi waaaaay too high. Try 1.8 bar and work your way down until you get pinches on roots or rocks, then go up a bit. Also it’s important you go tubeless if you’re not already.
This weekend's race will be won on a Pinarello Dogma XC bike....
Jolanda doesn’t know tech specifics, but I know one girl who really good in bike tech, she name is Gunn-Rita Dahle
No Spez S-Caliber?
CALOI LA MARCA QUE SE ROMPE
Caloi bike 9,66 kg...
why did avencini left cannondale and go to a no name brand? and btw bike doesnt really matter that much, ineos riders slayed on non branded BMC bikes just like on new pinarello mtb...
Caloi is a brazilian brand and it’s part of Dorel Industries. Cannondale belongs to Dorel too. In 2021 a group from the Netherlands Pon Holdings bought it.
lots of 4 pot brakes!!
Love avancini. but he has broken several caloi frames already 🙁
Sorry, how do you know that?
He is the one that snapped the rear triangle in the drop right?
@@Paulklampeeps yes that's right
@@orazuara I cannot fully disclose that
Last one make him lose the local Cimtb .. it was a shame
Avancini fell off the map after moving to caloi. His results suggest he should have stay with a company that chooses his specs...
No sammy shaw?
The Caloi, the bike that the real triangle snapped sending Avancini over the bars into boulders two weeks ago, another cheap piece of Brazilian garbage.
Avancini bike sucks, and the bikes becoming heavier, couple years back full suspension bikes were below 10kg , now their weighing nearly mid 10kg .
Jolanda Neffs bike is so heavy that she doesn't want to tells us the weight .
The bikes are becoming heavier because the courses are becoming more technical so the bikes need to become burlier to withstand the abuse. And some parts that weigh more work better than lighter parts. Such as SRAM AXS or well, Eagle Transmission. It's heavier than the mechanical counterparts but it's a lot better. And Jolanda Neff's bike is most likely sub-10kg because a stock Trek Supercaliber 9.9 XX1 AXS is 9.29kg, and Jolanda Neffs bike would be even lighter because of the parts it has
