Sticky rice with Sesame seeds is popular Here in the Philippines it is traditional to cook it when it comes from November 1 to December, but it is used to be cooked as a snack and is known for street foods, especially now that Christmas is coming, it can be bought at night markets. You can buy different kinds of sticky rice or kakanin as we Filipinos call it.
INGREDIENTS
500g glutinous rice flour
2 1/8 cups water
1/2 Cup toasted Sesame seeds
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups shredded coconut
