    I'm an administrator at a skilled nursing facility and you need to know that this video is a huge violation of HIPAA by showing resident names, schedules and faces. This is grounds for immediate termination. You should remove this video.

      Oh yeah this the first thing you learn in class that 1st floor roster is more than enough to take a license from any Medical professional , she did great up til this point although flipped numerous times rapidly the names can still be seen and room numbers. HIPPA VIOLATION. It’s been a year she haven’t taken it down so maybe the facility don’t care about these kinds of videos , she didn’t show the facility name (I don’t remember seeing) so really she may not get into any trouble…

    Thank you! I really appreciate this video I start cna class in June 26th.. so I'm getting mentally prepared I'm currently a medical assistant but this not what I really wanted i wanna become a nurse so my plan is to do cna for 2 years then start lpn school... this has been my life's dream ❤

    You should block out there names that is major hippa. Just dont want to see you have any issues.

      There's better medical field professions, CNA is the hardest and lowest paid of all medical professions, medical assistants, nurses, emts, surgical technician, CNA is definitely the hardest. You clean so much poop and you get about 10-12 residents per shift it's crazy.

      Passing the CNA is when you study hard,if you can't study or you don't have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself help like mr Scott

    I'm about to start work soon as an EVS worker next month and i want to share my experience, how i got my job and what i do exactly without any hippa violations, lol. so i'm wondering if i can vlog but of course not record patients and personal info, i'd feel paranoid recording lol. i've been binge watching these kinds of videos.

      @@tirenabluuyou violated HIPPA by not only showing their face but their full names on the assignment sheet. If it was just room numbers on the assignment sheet you showed that would be fine.

    Did you get consent to show these patients names and faces?? There are so many HIPAA Violations in this video. I'm shocked that this video is still up after 6 months.🤷🏾

    omg you don’t have to change residents while not certified. i’m not certified and they’re expecting me to change and bathe residents.

      Yessss I did 😭😭😭 even though that is absolutely not the way it’s supposed to go . We are supposed to be certified … at my first nursing home job I had my own set of rooms , had to change my own set of residents . I’ve emptied colostomy bags . Foley catheters , everything they had me working as an TNA

      Wipe it off with bleach wipes after every shift. You work in healthcare don’t mean you have to hide your personality. Just make sure it’s not hanging down when giving care.

Infection control would cringe at the mention of carpeting in a patient’s room. Good luck with your career, you guys are the pillars in healthcare. I appreciate you!😊
