I'm an administrator at a skilled nursing facility and you need to know that this video is a huge violation of HIPAA by showing resident names, schedules and faces. This is grounds for immediate termination. You should remove this video.
Oh yeah this the first thing you learn in class that 1st floor roster is more than enough to take a license from any Medical professional , she did great up til this point although flipped numerous times rapidly the names can still be seen and room numbers. HIPPA VIOLATION. It’s been a year she haven’t taken it down so maybe the facility don’t care about these kinds of videos , she didn’t show the facility name (I don’t remember seeing) so really she may not get into any trouble…

Thank you! I really appreciate this video I start cna class in June 26th.. so I'm getting mentally prepared I'm currently a medical assistant but this not what I really wanted i wanna become a nurse so my plan is to do cna for 2 years then start lpn school... this has been my life's dream ❤
You should block out there names that is major hippa. Just dont want to see you have any issues.
Thank you … will do
There's better medical field professions, CNA is the hardest and lowest paid of all medical professions, medical assistants, nurses, emts, surgical technician, CNA is definitely the hardest. You clean so much poop and you get about 10-12 residents per shift it's crazy.
honestly CNA is such a difficult test man, really dont know what to do but I'm never losing hope
Passing the CNA is when you study hard,if you can't study or you don't have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself help like mr Scott
Talking of help with CNA exams Scott is a genius. I never believed it was possible to see my exam questions with the answer, his awesome🎉
Thank you! I'm considering being a TNA. Been a stay at home mom homeschooling 5 kids and haven't worked since 2009
You should 🥰
Hey love ! I will be starting CNA Classes soon May 18 ! I’m super excited about it. Thank you for this video and good luck on your clinical test
Thank you Queennn 🥰 and yes I personally feel like health care is where it’s at , especially if you like helping people , want a career and want to make good money . With a flexible schedule
@@tirenabluu yes Queen! I love the video keep posting more ! But you really have to have a good heart dealing with elderly people! They are like babies again ! I can’t wait to start !! ❤️❤️🥰
🦋Thank you sis for explaining working in a nursing home because I want to know .. what's the different from a nursing home and hospital . Also good luck on your clinicals . you got this!!!! 💪🏾🦋
Thank you so much 🤞❤️❤️
@@tirenabluu No problem ❤️❤️

Mane you made this super simple and easy verse the others I been watching
I see you Goddaughter!!! The profession teaches you a lot about yourself and others!!!!
Thank you mama
Your number 119 subscriber😊😊love the video
Loved this videos!!
It’s really good you have this experience before getting your actual certification, how do you get hired before then?
Hey hun be careful recording in healthcare maybe blur the patients faces and blur the names on roster b/c of hippa but other than that nice vid
Pookie as a nurse tech TAKE THIS DOWN OMGGG if you Eva wanna become a higher up position this video can come and haunt tht license!!
I'm about to start work soon as an EVS worker next month and i want to share my experience, how i got my job and what i do exactly without any hippa violations, lol. so i'm wondering if i can vlog but of course not record patients and personal info, i'd feel paranoid recording lol. i've been binge watching these kinds of videos.
Yeah I was kind of skeptical about posting this one when I showed the roster but hopefully nothing happens 😭 Congratulations on your new job. 💕
Not you showing they face sis😭 please be careful from one CNA to amother! And goodluck on the journey.
Thanks . And yeah now that I’ve rewatched it I hope I didn’t violate HIPPA law completely . But thanks again
Congratulations I was thinking the same too
@renabaddiebluu Hey Sweetheart, the video is great but I strongly suggest you take it down. Someone could report this video and you will definitely get fired or families could file a lawsuit because of the violation. Keep up the great work on your journey.🙂
@@tirenabluuyou violated HIPPA by not only showing their face but their full names on the assignment sheet. If it was just room numbers on the assignment sheet you showed that would be fine.
@@Bri-nc8ypwell she never showed the actual facility so she should be okay now the lady or gentleman in wheel chair at table is a whole other topic 😮
No cross sheet before placing the bed pad..
This is a good upload.
Not supposed to fan sheets at all. Your supposed to unfold them and place them where they need to be.
I wish you the best.
Thank you sweetie
Did you get consent to show these patients names and faces?? There are so many HIPAA Violations in this video. I'm shocked that this video is still up after 6 months.🤷🏾
Yes nice job 👏 👍
❤
I used to do that
omg you don’t have to change residents while not certified. i’m not certified and they’re expecting me to change and bathe residents.
Yessss I did 😭😭😭 even though that is absolutely not the way it’s supposed to go . We are supposed to be certified … at my first nursing home job I had my own set of rooms , had to change my own set of residents . I’ve emptied colostomy bags . Foley catheters , everything they had me working as an TNA
@@tirenabluu shiii imma quit this job😂 they have me doing all of a CNAs work but pay me like I'm just an NA. they're making us wait 3 months before we take our certification test🥲🥲🥲
That the best way to learn your skills been a CNA for 20 years
Baby, as a CNA for 4 yrs PLEASE take down this video or re-edit the video cause sis you bout to loose your career before it even starts!
Agreed 💯 💯 you created a big HIPPA violation 😕 Maybe go back and edit out faces and names, for the sake of your career. 😊😊
@@conniebostel3382 for nothing else but for the sake of her career!
Are you allowed to wear bracelets and watches?? Bacteria can get underneath there.
Wipe it off with bleach wipes after every shift. You work in healthcare don’t mean you have to hide your personality. Just make sure it’s not hanging down when giving care.
Im need help please Ken you help me please
YOU CERTIFIED NOW??? YOU COMPLETED SCHOOL?? IT WAS NO FOLLOW UP VIDEO SOOO
I'm a medical assistant. What is your pay.
Hi good afternoon
Why would the patient snatch your jewelry or other stuff anyway?
They do
Is that carpeting on the floor? If it is WTF, bacteria infestation here we come!
Housekeeping cleans the carpet daily.
@@tirenabluu I’m sorry I didn’t mean to be offensive but I worked in healthcare administration all my life and carpeting was a big no no! Infection control would cringe at the mention of carpeting in a patient’s room. Good luck with your career, you guys are the pillars in healthcare. I appreciate you!😊
I’m convinced they make the locker rooms small… so it doesn’t become a hang out for staff. 😂
Love this video but you shouldn’t be showing the patients name and information on them or about them. That’s a breach of confidentiality. Which is illegal
Looks like Nice Nusing home 🏡 I'm a CNA it's alot heavy lifting patients you will always find work keep your Certificate up to date ❤ Much Luv Tinamarie BOSTON
Been a cna for 30 plus years never do it again
You shaking those sheets to much
Major Hippa violations
Why do you look so sad tho?
