Gas stations in my neighborhood, you have to let the gas station hold onto your driver's licencr before handing you the hose for the air pump. When you return the hose, you get back your licence.

Free air at any major truck stop at the fueling station behind the store. Pilot, Flying J, Loves etc. Most tire shops will give you free air also.
