Wow I couldn’t believe it how many people from the Tv sitcom I Love Lucy I felt very sorry for those who had passed away I’m sending out my Sympathy for them and their families that they love them so much I’ve have not seen this show maybe some of them I have seen but it was the reruns of it and I have a good friend who’s a Big Fan of I Love Lucy
It is called aging and is the natural course of life on earth. Heaven is your heavenly home

The perfect show, the perfect cast. I think it’s safe to say “I Love Lucy” will be shown somewhere on television forever. Of course everyone loves the “Fab Four”, but out of the supporting cast, I’ve always loved Doris Singleton. When Lucy says Betty’s new furniture looks like “a bad dream you’d have after eating too much Chinese food”, you can’t help laughing and feeling sorry for her all at the same time. A few years ago my husband gave me the Christmas present I’ve always wanted. An 8x10 glossy of Lucille Ball, autographed of course. It’s from the 40’s, she’s wearing an evening gown with a beautiful fur coat. It hangs in our living room.
I was born in '72 too late to see the show at the time of its airing LoL but seen reruns it's was funny
For a person to have seen "I Love Lucy" during primetime, they would have to be at least 80 now. That would have made them about 10 when the show began. I was born one year after the show was canceled. I didn't understand the concept of a rerun when I was little and the different Lucys I saw on TV confused me. There was younger black and white Lucy and then there was older Lucy in color from "The Lucy Show."

I would have guessed she was no more than 28 in 1951. I saw her on a 3 stooges and didn't know she was Lucy until I saw the credits at the end.

Lucy was 40 when I Love Lucy began - two years younger than Vivian Vance, six years older than Desi Arnaz. It was interesting that Bill lived to be the oldest - died at 79. Considering his history and lifestyle - this was amazing.

Having made Americans laugh for three decades, I thought Lucille Ball's passing away would have been a big deal, but it wasn't. It surprised me how little they said and how quickly they moved on to the next story. The media made a much bigger deal when Mary Tyler Moore died.
Or when Betty White died!
@@patgarcia4664 You're right. I wrote that comment a couple of weeks before Betty White passed away. Considering how much money Lucille Ball made for CBS over a period of 35 years, I'd have thought they would have done a retrospective of her work but they never did.

Vivian Vance was in severe pain before she died. She confided in a friend that she was stopping cancer treatments because she could no longer take the pain from the cancer and wanted to die to end it.

I liked Vivian Vance much more than I liked Lucy, I was very young and even at a young age Lucy’s voice gave me a headache

Jehovah God promises that those who have died will live again in Isaiah 26:19:
"Your dead will live. My corpses will rise. Wake up and shout for joy, residents of the dust! For your dew is like the morning dew, and the earth will let those who are powerless in death live again."
He will bring them back to life; that is the hope of the resurrection.

And Revelation 21:4:
"And He (Jehovah) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
