SIMONA's 11.5-hour Marathonic Performance (Abridged)

I had no idea this performance was happening, I just stumbled into it while walking around after I'd visited the MAC/BA earlier in the day. I also did not know what the performance was about, and had no idea what was about to take place. I only used Google Translate to read the posters outside after she had... well, you'll see. What a daring piece of public performance art.
SIMONA, while no stranger to daring performances, put herself in an extreme state of social vulnerability, inviting passers-by to witness her bare form. Watching a courageous stranger unrobe behind two massive glass windows in broad daylight on a city street felt akin to exposure therapy by proxy.
This is by far the biggest personal project I've ever completed. 10 hours of recording and taking photos, down to about 15 minutes of video and two dozen edited photos. Synchronisation with 11.5 hours of livestream footage. Custom mask wipes. Extensive manual tracking. A short script, VO, audio work including sample-level manipulation, manual loud noise removal and my regular effects pipeline. Some light custom grading (on every clip shot).
