Chili is a great Fall/Winter food. I make mine with three different types of beans: dark kidney beans, pinto beans and black beans. Some people make chili without beans, but I prefer mine with beans. I have to laugh - I didn't know what an English Breakfast was. You have never heard of pinto beans. I grew up in Houston, Texas, and now live in New Mexico. Pinto beans is a staple food here.
