- Both Ezio's Family and Kaer Morhen make me tear up a little every time I listen to them, so making this mashup was full of nostalgia, an irresistible urge to start playing Assassin's Creed II and The Witcher 3 again, and more than a few drops of tears. I tried using different elements from both OSTs, such as playing the main melodies in the musical style of the other game. I hope you enjoy listening to this little project as much as I enjoyed making it.
PS: Please tell me in the comments what feelings or images were invoked in your mind while listening to this mashup! While recording, I couldn't help but imagine a universe where Assassins and Witchers come together for a big contract, Uncle Mario and Uncle Vesemir are the closest friends and Geralt teaches Ezio how to play Gwent.

To answer the question that is asked in the description: I immediately imagined the rooftops of Florence when the music started playing. As the Witcher got mixed into it I visualized Ezio climbing and jumping at Kaer Morhen! :D

This is quite an amazing mashup of the two songs! Great display of talent! The Witcher trilogy and the Assassin's Creed II sequel are my most nostalgic games. I was able to connect very well with Ezio and Geralt and have, in a way, been my mentors.

I want a game where Witchers and Assassins are together. Fighting monsters and unravelling political messes. We get some of this with the newer games-exploring mythology, and the RPG elements, but…the two games are still vastly different in feel. To mix the two would be a lot of fun! Assassins in the dark, depressing roads of Velen, with its sobering tone, stealthily seeking out a target, only to find there’s more to the story? Being taught the ways of the Witcher and about monsters?
A Witcher-Assassin would be a really interesting mix of styles and techniques with the silver and steel blades, the stealth, the monster knowledge, and the pieces of Eden magic possibly being connected to monsters or Templar sorcery…
This is the nicest mashup I've heard of these two songs. It's magical. Might just use it in my D&D campaign, if that's okay.
