    Bahan-bahan :
    300 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
    45 gram (3 sdm) gula pasir
    4 gram (1 sdt) ragi instant
    1 butir telur
    150 ml susu cair dingin
    50 gram (3 sdm) margarin
    2 gram (1/2 sdt) garam
    Bahan olesan :
    50 gram (3 sdm) margarin
    30 gram (2 sdm) gula halus
    Pengovenan pertama : suhu 170°C, api atas-bawah, selama 20-30 menit
    Pengovenan kedua: suhu 130°C, api atas-bawah, selama 30-40 menit
    Jika sisi bawahnya belum kering, balik roti bagelen nya

    30 gram powdered sugar
    First bake : oven at 170°C, with top bottom heat, for 20-30 minutes.
    Second bake: oven at 130°C, with top bottom heat, for 30-40 minutes
