  • A relaxing ambient ocean soundtrack combined with dissociative brown noise with 3D sound effects, combined with 8-9Hz isochronic tones. Use this track to help calm your mind, de-stress, and escape negative thoughts.
    This isochronic tones session guides your brainwave activity down to a low alpha wave state, associated with deep relaxation and calmness. Perfect for light meditation or winding down at the end of the day.
    A soothing brown noise track has also been layered into the music with additional 3D sound effects. You will hear a fluttering type sound that vibrates in unison with the same frequency of the isochronic tones. The 3D effect moves the brown noise sound from left to right and around in a circular motion, which can feel very hypnotic and soothing.
    The 3D sound rotation of the brown noise can produce a dissociative effect and help to disconnect you from the many thoughts you may have whirling around in your mind.

    How To Use It?
    Listen to this track whenever you want to wind your mind down to a calmer level. It's especially useful if you've been focusing and working hard all day and feeling a bit mentally jaded.
    How is the session constructed?
    The isochronic tones begin at 8Hz and ramp up gently to 9Hz by the 5-minute. Then it ramps down to 8Hz over the next 5 minutes, and the same cycle repeats until the end.
    This track is relaxing but isn't designed to make you fall asleep. The continuous movement up and down between 8-9Hz is used to help keep you awake while still very relaxed.
    Headphones
    Headphones are required to experience the full 3D dissociative sound effects from the rotating brown noise.

    Hey there, Jason! It's good to see you're still making videos. :D You'd chat with me through your comments about 4 years ago. I was in school, and your videos were a massive help!
    Well, I'm going back to college again, and you can bet your videos will be a STAPLE in my study routine throughout the next 3 years! ❤ Thank you so much, as alway for your hard work.
    May you and your loved ones have a blessed week. -Kyle

    Jason, thank goodness I found your music shortly after I was diagnosed with ADHD this year. I’ve been listening to many of your isochronic mixes for focusing on complex tasks repeatedly ever since! My job is really high-pressure and fast-paced, and for the past year and a half I’ve been really struggling to get a handle on the stress.
    Your music is changing everything for me. I can actually focus on my (very detailed) work amidst the chaos of ever-changing priorities and requirements, and often far too much background noise. Now, I can just settle in and get the job done without being overwhelmed or distracted.
    Only today have I discovered your anti-stress and anxiety music with brown noise (which was new to me). This is golden! Your Turtle and Giraffe mixes got me through a hellish day on the job and now this mix is helping me to shift gears and relax and decompress after work.
    Your music makes me feel sane and competent again. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

    The lowest tone that can still be perceived by the ear has a frequency of about 16 Hz. Hearing responds to frequencies above 20 Hz. Tones of lower frequencies are not perceived by human hearing.

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  4 місяці тому +1

      What you're referring to is the pitch frequency. From memory, the pitch frequency on this is around 160Hz. Well within the human hearing range. With isochronic tones and other brainwave entrainment beats, the lower frequencies under 40Hz usually describe how often the tones/beat cycles per second. So when I say it's a 10Hz isochronic tone, that just means that the tone/beat repeats at a rate of 10 times per second.
      This does cause confusion sometimes but it's the long-established way that isochronic tones are measured and described in the brainwave entrainment community.

    Some make me nauseous and dizzy...this is one of them...how is that possible?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  5 місяців тому

      This has 3D sound effects, where the brown noise sound rotates side to side and in a circular motion. When people feel nauseous listening to my tracks, it’s usually the ones that require headphones, with different frequencies in each ear or 3D sound effects.
      When talking to people sharing similar feedback, I’ve discovered that people feeling this often seem to also suffer from travel or motion sickness. Your hearing has an influence on your balance. So my guess is that some stereo sound effects can cause some people to feel unbalanced and produce motion sickness like feelings.
