  • A relaxing and calming ambient music collection combined with alpha wave isochronic tones (8-8.6Hz). Designed to help reduce symptoms of anxiety or a panic attack.
► Please subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: ua-cam.com/users/MindAmend...
    How does it work?
This track is designed to lower your brainwave activity to a more relaxed mental state in the low alpha range.
The isochronic tones in this session cycle begin at 8.6Hz the low alpha frequency range. It gradually ramps down over 5 minutes to 8Hz, where it then ramps back up to 8.6Hz over the next 5 minutes. This cycle is then repeated for the rest of the track. You can listen to it for as long as you need but I recommend listening for a minimum of 10 minutes to give it a chance to start working and influencing your brainwave activity.
This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track. If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts for you, there is some information about them and how it works here: goo.gl/QwLgHs.
To add further power to the stimulation, amplitude modulation effects have been applied to the music. The modulations produce soothing vibrations that are synced with the isochronic tones. More info on how these mind music effects work here: goo.gl/5KS2Ek.
Headphones are NOT required for this video
How should you listen to this?
Ideally, listen to this in a calm and quiet environment and in a comfortable upright position. Although you may find it very relaxing, it's not specifically designed to make you fall asleep. So I recommend listening to it during the daytime.
Although headphones are not required, using them will usually help to block out distracting external noises.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

Thank you! I’ve been dealing with panic and anxiety for a long, long time (I’m 60). At the beginning, it wasn’t taken seriously. It was “all in my head” (no kidding, but not in the way they were talking about). I’ve been to the ER more times than I can count. I finally just got angry at it. Meds either don’t work (ever have a panic attack while on the Valium they just gave you in the ER?) or I just didn’t like how I felt. Which made me angrier. So I learned coping mechanisms to help. Some worked, some didn’t, but I’m at the point where I don’t have many any more! But on some occasions, when the usual stuff doesn’t work, this video DOES. If I’m at the point I need help, I’m not in great shape. That will tell you how effective it is. Trust and believe-keep this video saved.

@@RendiMento This music works the best for me. Sometimes, there’s just not a lot to do but ride it out. About a week ago, I had the worst attack I’ve had in a while (like 10 years!), so I rushed to find this music. One thing I always tell myself is that if I can get to sleep, my brain will reset itself and I’ll be fine. But try the music, and make sure you’re warm and cozy. Have anything that makes you feel safe around you. If there are people around who know about your condition, let them know what’s going on, so if there is something else going on (slim chance, but…) they can be ready to help.
Good luck, and just remember that it is just temporary. If you want to get mad, get mad at it-that helps sometimes, too! 😉

      1. Shower if you can - focus on feeling the water hitting your skin, try to focus on each drop. (I pray in shower,) God, I need you... please help me, fill me with your peace.
      2. Put hand on heart & other on belly, focus on slow breathing. Breath in breath out. Be present in each breath.
      3. Finger exersize...
thumb to pinky ( breath in slowly) say in your head...
      PEACE
( thumb to index - )breath out slowly

      WITH
(Thumb to pointer finger - breath out alowly)

      4. Practice Good sleep hygine! 30 - before bed dim room lights. I go to my room & light candles & play soothing hand pan music, talk to God about my day. Then blow out candles & PUT PHONE in✈️ mode & ACROSS THE ROOM.
      5. No more than 2 cups of caffeine a day. Caffeine makes anxiety worse.
I do these & they help. I jave suffered with ADHD & Anxiety for 35+ years with meds & without. It's a life long battle, that for me requires a higher power.

@@marecort3697 yeah the people I keep around me pretty much guilt me and shame me for it so that doesn't ever help much, where as if no one is around me it causes more fear. Sometimes this music does help if its mild for me, other times not at all. Lately I've been feeling a little better just learning to accept these issues though and constantly challenging myself to do more out of my comfort zone - which works in the short term but resets all my side effects if I even stop pushing myself for a very short while (1-3 days)

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  11 місяців тому +4

Thanks for your compliment on the visuals. I license the individual video clips from other creators. So thankfully, I don’t have to create and render those first.
I produced the video in adobe premiere and it’s about 55GB. Which is typical for my 3-hour 4K videos. Sometimes they render in about 3 hours, other times 5-6 hours or over night, depending on the clips I use. It also takes 2-3 hours to upload, plus usually that again for UA-cam to process the video.
The rendering process is the easiest part for me, as I’ve already done all the hard work by then.

@@Richman4066 I’ve been doing this for so long now that I’ve gradually got better at it over time, and I’ve created systems and processes that help save me time. I also kept on reinvesting and upgrading my equipment and apps here and there when I could afford it. I started off with the most basic, cheap computer and software I could afford and I had to make do with that for years.
My advice is to just do what you can with what you’ve got and keep trying, keep going and keep on keeping on, especially when things are difficult. That’s essentially the key to how I got this far. Every week is still a challenge for me.
Try not to let what you don’t currently have that you think you need hold you back.
