If this was from 2000, she was 61 during this performance. God bless her-what a talent!!
I needed this today Anton! So sad at her passing. There will never be another one like her. RIP Tina and thank you for sharing your life and talent with the World. ♥♥♥♥♥
The icon that is Tina Turner. She is absolute fire. ❣
RIP Tina Turner you Legend 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Originally written and recorded by Creedence Clearwater Revival in 1969. Covered by Ike & Tina Turner in 1971, winning a Grammy. Always remained in her live shows until 2009 final performance at 70. She is 60yrs old here.
CCR always said it was her song after her original performance of it. The wrote it but she owned it like a boss…
Just spectacular! :)
@@hatleyhoward7193 no offence to Tina, who is a star in her own right, but give me the original any day of the week.
I'm 56 and she wore me out!! Rest in peace sweet lady
@@spinkscapes775 I mean I love them both…depending on if I’m winding down or winding up!
Awesome reaction!! And let's not forget, there were *82,000 people* in that audience, all singing and dancing right alongside Tina. NO ONE commanded a stage like she did, except maybe Freddie. And that was also at Wembley. Most iconic venue on EARTH.
Just popped in, like I do occasionally, hoping Anton had come back. Miss him.
She was the Queen of Rock 'n Roll for a reason! Great video!
Anyone born in the late 90s or 2000's, missed out on witnessing this force of nature on stage. Tina is truly a phenomenal performer. A powerhouse that can never be duplicated or compared to anyone else.
I just admire Tina so much! She is such a amazing and inspiring woman. She was the first artist I was a fan off when I was a teenager
Same❤
Should have listened to her build up and how she teases the audience. It just adds another level to this performance. What an actual Queen and Legend she was. Forever missed. 💔
I get so emotional watching Tina…I love this woman so much…she is my most favorite music artist ever…i pray she’s well in her retirement.
I saw Tina live in 1990, during her Foreign Affair tour. The energy, the sass, the vocals... an experience I will never forget! Best concert ever...
I was only fourteen back then, have been a fan ever since. Thanks Anton ❤️
I'm jealous...My parents always loved her so I grew up hearing her songs but for some reason I never saw any of her live performances (probably because my parents were so into her and I didn't seek them out.) I regret it now! Wow she is amazing.
she was 60 in that show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
90,000 capacity and that mug is packed... She's 60 or 61 here I believe and Tina's concerts always sold out to the very end and here's a prime example why, first off, she sounds AMAZING live, second, her performances, they were always high energy and top tier and she loved her fans dearly and was a performer and entertainer through and through and loved doing it.. ❤❤ great reaction. Fly High Tina.. #theoriginalproudmary
She was 61 years old at the time, the whole concert is on UA-cam.
Tina was Simply the Best!!! So glad I go to see her in the early 80's when she was about 45!!! R.I.P. Tina♥
I saw her late 90’s in Milwaukee - one of the best concerts and acoustics I have been to and I’ve been to a lot of concerts.
Thanks for covering this excellent song by Tina! I love it, though my favorite of her songs is What’s Love Got To Do With It!
She was born in 1939, which means she is 61 in this performance. Amazing stamina. Very cool performance. Glad you checked it out, And CCR is considered to be Southern Rock.
She started singing in the 1950's this was in 2000. She passed this year at 83. She will be missed. Simply the best.
This one song embodies everything Tina Turner is, was and will ever be. Saw her live 8 times, there has never been anything close to her electrifying, steaming live performance, nothing.
R.I.P. - The Legend Tina Turner - 🪦😭
Amazing what the current generation missed. Keep digging 60s, 70s, 80s for treasure like this one.
She will always be simply The Best!
I was blessed to see her in concert 4 times. The energy of each concert was off the charts. Each was an amazing show. When I left each show, my voice was gone, drenched in sweat. And thoroughly exhausted. But was ringing with life. She was that good. Her band and entourage were just as amazing. She will be missed. She was unique. Rest in peace, Tina. Your job on earth is done. I envy the angles now.
Back in the late 60s, I had the privilege of not only hearing her perform, but getting to meet and know her. There was so much energy and talent crammed into her tiny body it was unbelievable. She was REAL beyond words. Won't talk about Ike, because even though he was talented, Tina overshadowed him at every turn. This performance was one of her low-key versions.
Amazing song and performance. Tina is incredible. "" We Don't Need Another Hero "" from 1985 movie. Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome is one of my favorite songs of all time
She did this song when she was with Ike Turner. This is her version of that song. Love it.
That’s the forever Queen of Rock and Roll right there. There will never be another queen like Anna Mae Bullock!
Ive seen Tina in concert 5 times every song is high energy like that for 2 to 3 hours gonna miss her
Also, if you enjoy Tina's HIGH register, i recommend watching her performance of 'Lets stay together' Live in Barcelona 1990 or even just her official music video 😉👌❤️
The Queen with Legendary Legs!!!
Tina Turner put on a great show. She was like a queen to the people. She had that big band sound and she achieved being a great rock and roll performer. Way to go Tina. Rest in peace
This women was a gift from God she must be one of his original creations. She has more energy then people in there 20’s at 60 something. Her soul, talent, and beauty is unmatched only a few like her come alone.
it is everytime good mood with her performances
And that sir is how it's done.. Not her original song but it's her song no doubt.
I think this is one of the best live performances ever. And she was 60!!!!!
Iconic Queen 👑 ❤️❤️❤️🕊️🕊️🕊️
THE QUEEN ;)!!
R.I.S.P to the Queen of Rock and Roll Tina Turner 🖤
RIP Tina Turner
Fun Fact: Gloria Reuben, who many remember from the TV show ER, quit the show to go on tour as one of Tina's backup dancers. She is the one with longer curly hair at 5:36
Saw her with Ike (and the Ikettes) in around 1971 at the Berkeley Community theater, a slightly smaller venue. Amazing then, more amazing in 2000! RIP Tina
The first time she did this song, she gave Creedence Clearwater Revival credit, she did it along with her then husband, Ike and his band. This has been her song ever since
The Queen of Rock
One of a kind and simply perfection TINA TURNER ❤️ RIP😢
Thank you Anton!! The energy in that song!!! Wow!! You reactions are the best as usual!! :)

Here she is already 60 years she is outstansing❤
All Hail The Queen! We Love You Tina! Your Musical Legacy Will Live On Forever!
Miss your content. ❤
You should check out Tina’s duet with Bryan Adams “Its Only Love”! Sooo good!
Looks like one of the backup singers/dancers is Gloria Reuben,. She took a leave of absence from her character role on the TV series ER back then to fulfill her dream of performing with Tina Turner.
She was 60 or 61 at this time!
This song made her famous!!
Tina was 60 when this was recorded about 40 years after she first did it with Ike Turner.
Greatest female performer and greatest set of legs in show business.
This is beyond amazing
Rest In Peace Ms Turner
Anton, you have no idea. She just had IT, and she suffered because of the fact. But, she ROSE above everything to end up owning all of her existence.
This is why it was worth the price of a ticket for “stadium” concerts when you were all the way in the back.
One of the greatest entertainers of all time! ❤❤🎉🎉
To be fair to many fantastic artists, there are other wonderful live performances. Saying this doesn't take anything away from this one, where indeed Tina shows the whole world why she is the star that she is and how amazing of a singer, dancer, performer etc she's been throughout her career.
We gonna miss our beloved performer magnificient lady tina
Originally this was a CCR song, but she made it famous.
Tina Turner was Simply the Best!
Come back! We need more U2 reactions! Hahaha
You are not kidding!! Never seen every single person in a crowd so excited!! Haha
The original was by Credence Clearwater Revival and was written by John Fogarty. Tina did for this song what Joe Cocker did for With A Little Help From My Friends.
❤❤❤
I like your commentary very quickly into the video.
I miss Anton. 🙁
Where are you Anton?! 🥺 New Avril collab is out (Fake as hell) so we need you back! 😀
thank you
If anyone ever wondered where she got her legendary legs and how she still had them at this age, this is why! She works her ASS off and in stilettos no less!!!

This is the year 2000 which means Tina was "only" 61 years old...
You missed the comments she is doing before she sings. It is actually part of the song
Ylvis would be fun 😁
No, Tina Turner's version was in 1970. Creedence Clearwater Revival were the original singers in 1969
