    How would i connect my 2018 razer blade 15 maxq with any external monitor that supports gsync in order to get 144hz on external monitor that dose suport

    i have a 2022 razer blade 15 advanced and it connects just fine but the laptop refuses to use the GPU with the external monitor???? i don't see why the GPU cant sent video signal to the external monitor and it makes so sence to me

    My two work computers hooked up to the razer dock work with multiple monitors, the blade 15 simply does not; even with every mismatch of cables and settings. For a $3500 laptop this is unacceptable

      I have spent almost $10k on razer laptops in the last 3 years. I have experienced display problems with both and currently cannot seem to get my 5k lg monitor to work from the thunderbolt port, same as with my 2019. The support is a nightmare and I can't send my work computer off every time there's an issue, which is all too often with these things. I used to tell people how great they were but I honestly think I have to start telling the other side of the Razer story. Competitors need to know there's an opening in this space.

      @@mikewilliams6633 I found a solution in my circumstance and it was to connect the dock via thunderbolt to the other port on the opposite side of the device. I read that this has been an issue for at least two years on many Razer devices and it baffles me how they are still pumping them out with this issue and no fix on the horizon. Likely won't be buying another Razer myself.

      A year later and my NEWER blade just encountered this issue after an NVIDIA update. What the hell.
