Yeah that's possible... Let's say a= x î + 0 j And. V= y î + z k Since there is no y component of acceleration , the body moves with constant velocity in y Direction But in x direction there exists a component of acceleration....so it's possible

Yes ofcourse projectile does not depends upon mass... Actually acceleration due to gravity that itself does not depend upon mass... I mean like a feather or rock dropped from certain height will reach the ground in same time in vaccum .... So masses won't affect the projectile... Although there will be changes due to the air resistance and drage force , we'll neglect it so people have doubts like then if i throw a paper and rock they won't be perform the same projectilee.....
No it is not a projectile Projectile in the sense there should be only gravity acting on the body and no extra forces ....if there exists external force it might not follow the path : projectile ..... It should be purely in control of gravity
