Naku ,pata na nilaga ang sarap. fborite ko ang pata part second cya sa belly na favotire ko dahil ang pata is less fatty part cya. I like the idea of incorporating lemon grass to it. Parang sa amin sa Cebu mahilig kami sa lemon grass. Kepp sharing my friend.
