  • Today I take you down some roads I first discovered while trying to find the remnants of Chickenboro, NH one afternoon earlier in the year. As always you get my random musings and partially correct facts while along for the drive. I even take a few minutes to finally introduce myself, my goals for Lefty, and some of my future plans to head west to play.

After years of traversing these roads patiently and thoughtfully, after an introduction upon which my girlfriend at the time (2010) just drove us up and turned off the headlights to reveal neither a soul upcoming, nor a streetlight to brighten the way, I've been a fan of these roads less traveled. Keep it going.

Those are some of the same reasons I love these roads! Thanks for the kind words.

Great video, is this a public road? How far up does the road goes from where you turn around?

It is a public road. The road goes maybe another 400meters after where i turned around before you run into a gate.

Really appreciate the channel and information! Curious what your thoughts are on if one was to camp for a night at the nice dog area you showed us. Thanks!

If it was me, I wouldn't camp up there for a couple of reasons. One, I don't know / it wasn't clearly posted about those sorts of activities. I'd also rather camp off of Tripoli Road or Old Cherry Mountain road as you get the remote style camping with cleared spots. Plus I wouldn't have to deal with the fact it's private land and I don't know the owners.

It'd be boring if something didn't go wrong every once in a while.
