Are they now allowing non Thai citizens (i.e., Americans) to purchase property in Thailand? You list this vid showing value in American currency, but from what I know, US citizens are NOT allowed to purchase property anywhere in Thailand. Only like a 30 year LEASE - which means YOU DO NOT OWN ANYTHING!!
