Everytime Vlad brings up the point of leaving your city to avoid being killed, his explanation sounds dumber. Of course leaving the city will decrease the possibility of getting killed tremendously. But he acts like people can't be connected outside their city and have hitters outside of their state. The whole "Nobody is going to go on a plane, and land and buy a gun" is obvious.
