Adam is the best male singer today. His voice is strong, beautiful and intense. In addition, he can sing properly and convincingly any musical style. I love the "drive" in his voice, providing a metallic and ripped sound, perfect for Rock !!! Adam is more than a singer. He's a brilliant showman!!!
Adam Lambert is the best stage performance currently for me. Adam has a perfect vocal. Adam, do what he to want with your voice. His interpretation for each song is impeccable. I love Adam. He is my favorite star. Adam was born to shine and delight those who admire him, always. Adam absolutely charms me. Thank you for sharing this video with us. Tell Adam that without him my joy is lessened.
I really enjoyed this Daniel, thank you. As a voice tutor of many years, I just love listening to Adam and the way he crafts every song he sings. It's a voice teacher's dream. Two of my current favorites are Who Wants to Live Forever from the Isle of Wight Festival 2016 ua-cam.com/video/eHPv80jNoQU/v-deo.html which is absolutely riveting, and his performance of Closer to You from his new album, Velvet, from his appearance on James Corden ua-cam.com/video/Tcdlr-pRwtY/v-deo.html Every move and expression and gesture just enhances the impact of the songs. I saw him with QUEEN in February in Wellington, New Zealand and was absolutely blown away. And I appreciate your standpoint of, 'whatever works for the artist is valid for that artist'. As far as I'm concerned, he's the best around today.
Great analysis! I think Adam is one of the most technically accomplished singers of his generation - a sensational talent. Check out his performance of "On the moon" from The Late Late Show with James Corden, just this past week. Really phenomenal.
Excellent analysis. Adam is perfection. Brian May has said in interviews that he sometimes forgets to play because he can’t believe what Adam is doing he is in awe of Adam’s vocal abilities. Amazing.
Brilliant performance!! I loved your reaction. Really appreciated your insight into the technical side of singing. Please keep reacting to Adam Lambert. He is truly an amazing talent and does not get the recognition he deserves.
If you look up the interview Adam did with the Grammy Museum this week,he spoke to the interviewer about this performance. He caught a red eye from London the night before this show and he didn’t go onstage until about 9 pm. It’s on UA-cam probably about 20 minutes in. Great interview and followed by a mini concert from his home a ccompanied by a guitarist.
Those breath catches are his and they are planned. You will hear them in other songs that Adam sings. I love them ❤ Thanks for a real review and explanations of technique. Adam is totally incredible and so very loved by many worldwide.
I had never heard the term "chewing the notes" before. Thanks for that explanation. Love me some Adam Lambert. I heard an interview once where he said he was completely jet lagged (no sleep at all) for this performance, and he still did this. Incredible.
Any Adam Lambert fan will tell you three things about this... He just got off a plane and was jet lagged when he performed this making it all the more amazing. He did do the breaths on purpose as he is a very theatrical performer who loves to convey emotion. We call that last big note "the glory note". We also know that the tongue thing is definitely part of his technique and several other videos have mentioned that it helps make those bigger stage notes by clearing everything away and pulling the larynx forward.
I just stumbled on to your reaction, and I love the way you explained everything , there were things I never paid attention to , until I watch this, for this reason I have subscribed to your channel , thank you for a great explanation of certain things. I am a ole lady, and it really is refreshing to watch people like you not cut a person down, but rather explain things.
I really enjoyed your explaination of the components and technique Adam uses in his voice. I just enjoy everything he sings. I would really be interested in your reaction to Who wants to live forever at The Isle of Wight festival 2016 with Queen + Adam Lambert.
Thank tou for this video, I absolutely loved yoir professional analysis, you pointed out every little technical thing about this performance which is something not all "vocal coaches reactions" do, you deserve much more subs. I'm sure a glambert will share on Twitter. It would be great if you did another video on Adam 😁
Thank you Daniel....perfectly explained. I agree with everything you've said about Adam's brilliance.....but you just say it better and with more gravitas. Adam has no peer!
I love his voice and want to know more about his technique. He has been asked about his technique very little in interviews that I can find. He once was asked his highest note ability and he said he had no clue, he just goes for it.. I have see a few videos were he is not happy with the sound in his ear monitors or microphone, one video, he even asked if the audience could hear him(they could) but he said he could not hear himself...and many times he will remove his ear monitors.. Thanks for the reaction and breakdown.
Queen + Adam toured Europe last summer and in the middle of their 2 hour sets in Bologna Italy he stopped and sang Nessun Dorma for the audience. It was incredible and he only did it in Italy. The man's talent is just unbelievable. He is releasing an album of cover songs in February and has released Duran Duran's Ordinary World and Bonnie Tyler's Holding Out For a Hero. He has over course made each song his own and they have each praised him on social media.
Adam is pure excellence and he sang a song I had never heard before ( I have followed him since Idol every day ) he put it out for the workers of the virus "Time for Miracles " ocean breeze it was in the closing of the movie 2012 (bummer) should not be missed and fits the times , also Brian May's daughter is the blond DR in pigtails...I have found another singer who has taken my fancy now I have 2 his name is Marcelito Pomoy he is fantastic and unlike any other singer "The Prayer" Celine Dione and Andre Bucilla please have a go at explaining his abilities many have tried promise very worth while
Loved your reaction on our Adam, he ia the one performer/singer I go to every day ( on youtube ) because they won't play his music here in USA much and I am tec. inept 82 and a fan . I have recently found another singer who is fascinating to listen to I have spent hours watching reactions to him trying to learn hw he can sing what he sings so beautifully if you want to hear a singer that is like no other and you won't believe his talent ( untrained ) give it a go. Marcelito Pomoy singing "The Prayer" on wish bus 107.5
I really enjoyed your reaction and analysis I think you should check out Mitch Grassi singing joga by Björk and also pentatonix live at popspring evolution of Michael Jackson
What a load of pants I recall Adam in an interview not being aware of music riffs and jaw movements or what octave he sings - it’s JUST the way he sings/feels- it comes out naturally !
Adam doesn't need autotune- check out My convication, Hair prior idol. hits soprano notes for a tenor imo. Best example how skilled and consistent he really is. Really wish people respected him a bit more for not using gimmicks or using tracks to cover up etc. For how verstile he is actually pretty undderated. Flaws are good in a performance. Think he is very consistent. Yes, for the tounge thing for belting. ps- thank you for not attacking him - lots of ppl tend to be rude with him. Think his tone and power is very discintive. #underappericated.
I’ve never noticed much jaw movement when Adam sings. On the contrary, it always appears to be very relaxed. Unlike, as you say, Ariana Grande whose is very noticeable.
Please check out KZ Tandingan’s cover of Rolling in the Deep in the 2018 competition of Singer. She almost quit singing when she was younger because nodules on her vocal cords limited her ability to do high belts. But she figured how she could still perform.
This feels underrated underestimated what isn't, and yes it is all about.. Don't care if you believe what or what!? You wanna joke with it, what is Prohibited!!! YMFs!? Don't make me angry, it's not worth it!! Greet.
You should analyze the other great American idol non winner, *Chris Daughtry ** hes absolutely great, he just put out his cover of "Alive" it's better than the original.
Loving your reactions, I subscribed to check out more! How do you feel about country A Capella? Would love to see some reactions to the group Homefree. Some good starters to get a feel where the group started from is Alabama Sampler, Hunter Hayes medley, Seven Bridges Road, My Church and Do you Hear What I Hear are a few of my favorites! Hope to see you check them out!
@VoiceNoise With Daniel Panetta Look at this voice teacher ua-cam.com/video/rbkh7uhsI0w/v-deo.html. He explains his tongue placement. It's from min 11. It's a learned technique, not a bad habit.

Cher fangirled about Adam's performance for weeks following this performance. She said on twitter there is no way she could sing Believe like that.

Please do more Adam Lambert reactions, he's such a professional performer to learn from!
Excellent analysis. Adam is perfection. Brian May has said in interviews that he sometimes forgets to play because he can’t believe what Adam is doing he is in awe of Adam’s vocal abilities. Amazing.
Adam Lambert is absolutely fabulous. He has the best vocals of anyone. Besides being a good singer, he seems so nice and is definitely gorgeous.
Adam Lambert is an amazing singer and performer!!! He has a beautiful and powerful voice!!! Awesome!
Brilliant performance!! I loved your reaction. Really appreciated your insight into the technical side of singing. Please keep reacting to Adam Lambert. He is truly an amazing talent and does not get the recognition he deserves.

Yes -- and it tugs at the heart strings!! He's brilliant!
Very interesting and professional reaction. I really enjoyed it. Adam's voice is perfection. Can't wait for your review of Velvet!

Find Adam's voice very beautiful in tone, as well. Thanks for your explication of this performance - enjoyed it very much -
Breaths during the break. Absolutely planned rehearsed and produced by Adam. That's what he does.
Adam is the best!

Loved your comments and I appreciate your expertise. Adam is my absolute favorite vocalist so thanks for this. I’m going to subscribe!
Adam definitely did the little breaths / sighs on purpose. Listen to the studio version.
Agreed!
Love your analysis. Thank you!
Oh yes please review on the moon 🙏
Have you heard the early Adam singing from Brigadoon? That is perfection.
It's exquisite.
Stunning, like the man.
Yes! It's wonderful...Adam Lambert was perfect.
His singing technique is flawless. For such a young singer he is absolutely incredible!!
You mentioned that you have been busy recording. You have a wonderful speaking voice so I would love to hear your music.
There's very few analysis about this amazing guy and i loved that you explained so much. As a learning person it's very helpful. Thank you
Excellent review! I subscribe.
Thank you for your review. Please review his rendition of "One More Try" by George Michael. It's astounding.
Those breaths are deliberate. He's spoken in interviews about the choices he made here and why.
Loving your reactions & explainations.
I love his voice and want to know more about his technique. He has been asked about his technique very little in interviews that I can find.

Your analysis is very detailed and professional. Great job! I also enjoy your singing voice.
you should hear his Nessun Dorma from a private concert he did in Italy...he was trained in the operatic style of singing for 9 months

Roger Taylor's daughter is the Doctor, not Brian's
Such a beautiful version of this song. I love it and Adam since AI days.
Please critique/react to Adam’s live performance in Kiev of Who Wants to Live Forever. Epic!

Look up Adam's The Prayer prior to fame. or look up My convication.

Thanks so much, it seems that to make that "Elvis" effect, he slightly sucks in the breath...It is a beautiful rendition of Believe.

His tongue is a tool, and he uses it beautifully.
This is the SAME performance Adam gave during Hollywood Week when he was on Amer Idol. No one seems to remember this. LOL
Please check out KZ Tandingan’s cover of Rolling in the Deep in the 2018 competition of Singer. She almost quit singing when she was younger because nodules on her vocal cords limited her ability to do high belts. But she figured how she could still perform.
Try 'save me' Queen
Schade, verstehe leider nichts... aber schön, dass Sie sich Adam Lamberts annehmen!
This feels underrated underestimated what isn't, and yes it is all about.. Don't care if you believe what or what!? You wanna joke with it, what is Prohibited!!! YMFs!? Don't make me angry, it's not worth it!! Greet.
Would love for you to analyze Todd Park Moore from Big Head Todd and the Monsters.
You should analyze the other great American idol non winner, *Chris Daughtry ** hes absolutely great, he just put out his cover of "Alive" it's better than the original.
You should react to Chris Stapleton live performance of I Was Wrong. Such a unique voice and he makes it look so effortless.
