Baked Chicken Chimichangas/

Check out my baked chicken chimichangas recipe! It is so easy and flavorful, your family is going to ask for this over and over again!
Ingredients
1 cup shredded chicken
8 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
1 block cream cheese
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream and Salsa for garnish
Method
In a mixing bowl, add shredded pepper jack cheese, cream cheese block, and taco seasoning. Mix to combine.
Add shredded chicken to cheese mixture and fold in.
Spray casserole dish with non stick spray and set aside.
Place mixture into the middle of the tortilla and spread evenly, do not over fill. Roll up ends to form a pocket, place in casserole dish seam side down. Spray the tops of the tortillas with cooking spray. Place in the over for 15 mins with seam side down, flip the chimi's and bake another 10 mins. Add cheddar cheese to the top and bake another 2-3 mins to melt the cheese.
