- 3D Origami, also called Tangrami or Golden Venture Origami, consists of combining many identical origami pieces to a model. In this video I'll show you how I made a cobra, using this technique.

Sure. The head is 8-7-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. :)
joshua moore sure, in total the hood of the snake is 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,19,18,17,16,15, added that is 274, that is the end of the hood then next is the head which each row goes like this 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1added = 310 pieces

did it and it looks cool but how did you rolled it up,mine turned out decapitated and kept destroing .still cant fix it

I thought you said a three day process
I was not constantly working on the snake. If you spend above average time everyday it can be easily done in three days or with a more relaxed schedule it'll be around a week :)
Umm any estimation how many pieces you used?
Time to attempt this and then get frustrated half an hour later because 1 I'm not good with hands and 2 which I think influences 1 as well.... I'm not patient enough. Wish me luck!

About 3000 pieces depending on the snakes circumference and you build the body by alternating 4-5 lines :)

very indpeth guide. i'd love to try it but it seems like an INSANELY amount of work and i'm really not sure if i have the patience for that. Still, very nice work there!
it will take time but if you do it at a good rate you can do it in a short amount of time !

Help me do a black mamba! Please!
Okay I was a bit busy but now I can help you. Basicially you use black or yellow blackish paper and do the same thing but with a black mamba the head is more narrow than a cobra. So try out 7-8-9-8-7 rows instead of the cobra head :)
And a black mamba's head wouldnt stand up as far as a cobras head so try to extend its neck outside it's body and make it so that the head is closer to the ground. I suggest that you take a look at black mambas on google images, it can help out alot. If you have any more questions feel free to ask :)
