I'm to get an adult Pomchi to wear his vest harness and whenever it's on he just won't walk, he won't even move for treats. Now I feel like the harness just wasn't the right fit and I need to find a better one.

I have padded chest harness and it fits snugg when I get home harness hook to chain and my dog roaming around street I can't figure out how he gets out its the right size my dog is a pomeranian who dini how can I solve the issue some body please tell me what I'm doing wrong harness is tight
I put the harness on correctly and immediately after we got outside, she slipped out and ran off
The instructions for the padded chest harness is wrong. The wider part of the plate goes at the front, not at the back. The wider section is to provide more support through the shoulders and chest.
I know this is a Puggle, but this is how Pugs should look!
Regular pugs are so unhealthy that its actually sad that breeders ruin them

I'm having trouble with all harness. I have bought 3 so far. I have a mini toy aussie who can houdni out of anything. Biscuit has a tiny head but alot of fur. he tends to be able to back out of the harnesses. both feet come out and then the head or visa versa. Any suggestions?
Which ones have you bought? I have a Pitbull and she had a step in harness and backed out of it and almost ran into the road, but I got her an h shaped harness like the 4th one in the video, and as long as it's adjusted snug (not tight) she can't back out of it

Oh, my goodness, Frankie is such a good little girl! She even stands up when she needs to in order to make measuring easier! She's so adorable! God bless her. As for the harnesses, the only one I trust is the last one because it's attached to the collar. I've seen way too many, even supposedly "escape-proof" ones, turn out to be useless, putting dogs in harm's way because they can get out of them, or the clips don't hold, and they pop open, again, allowing them to escape.

Not a single one of this are the fabric harnesses they sell most commonly at Petsmart and Target. I can't find a video on how to put on these weird harnesses!
Re-watch from 3:20. Look for the loop for the lead and hold it up. My harness for the car was different again, with a cross over across the chest, but this part helped me work it out.
The sizing is typically generalized which makes a proper fit difficult regardless of how it’s placed imho.
PC Henderson...Petsmart and Target are American. It's a big world, lots of countries, these are the 5 most popular. swhat happens when you don't go Metric :) lol

My doggy is now 9mths an I am trying to use a harness for her but she freezes when it's on so I'm hoping she will get use to it eventually, I was using a regular coulor but seemed like I was getting judged for using it sense everyone else seems to use a harness 🙄

I'm going to start designing dog harnesses. i cant believe this has been so confusing for dog people for so many years and nobody told me. i knew there was more than one reason this dog is in my life.i may also try to make an easier to understand guide video

i will not put a harness on my dog its skin was cut so far it almost cut my dogs leg!!!! I am not the only one i know people who have also had this problem

My apartment building is semi gated but he's so energetic if I ever got off a normal collar and leash, which I do still have. I wouldn't be able to catch up. My knees are too arthritic and I can't run well anyway. Huge help.

Thank you for this video. I've had our dog for about 3 years now, and im worried that a leash and a collar might choke her so i bought a harness and i was apparently mentally challenged enough to not figure out how to fit it, thank you again for this video
A tip I can add is when putting on a snuggly fitting harness, keep your finger between the buckle and the dog’s skin when fastening the buckle - it helps prevent pinching the skin.

So I am a new dog parent so I don't know much about so I wanted to know if it is right to get my 2 month puppy his own harness I mean I got one for him but hasn't used it yet as I don't know when to make him wear that
Dog discription- I adopted him from a nearby street where he was sitting on the corner during the rain he wasn't able to move that time so I decided to get him home he is 2 months now and has got his first vaccination yesterday he is a cute baby but the only issue is cause of him being through this much he doesn't trust anyone easily but only me he get afraid of any thing and which makes me sad that how will he survive further and would he even like to wear a harness or collar😔I love him so much I cannot express that tbh. But I want him to be strong and fearless which I don't know how to make him...🙂💔
