I LOVE this workout! I have scoliosis, and had a torn labrum repair, subacromial decompression, and later a long thoracic nerve injury in my neck/shoulder. All this adds up to my neck and scalenes usually try to take over for my traps and scapular muscles, resulting in tightness, pain, and weakness in the deep shoulder muscles. The form of these exercises really isolates the correct muscles, helping me to build strength and flexibility without engaging the wrong muscles. It's much harder to achieve that kind of isolation and proper form when I use dumbbells. My neck and back feel great after this workout. Thanks, Caroline and Sam!

I started doing this video when I had a foot injury, and I liked it so much that I've continued to do it after my injury has healed. I loved the instruction about when to keep your core engaged and how to do so. A lot of videos I've seen don't explain that.

Absolutely love all of the hurt foot videos I’ve been doing these almost daily since January this year I’ve had two top of foot arthrodesis surgeries: one in January and the other foot in July Non weight bearing 8 weeks each followed by wearing a boot for 4 weeks I can’t express enough my gratitude for access to this program It’s kept me sane and made my body so strong THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Caroline and Sam-I love this work out! I have severe arthritis in my hands and wrists. It prevents me from almost any load bearing on my hands and wrists or holding hand weights. I modified the push-up slightly and was good to go. Thanks again!

I just did the 3 hurt foot pilates workouts (arms, butt, and abs) and let me tell you, they flew by! Sam would say “alright we have 10 seconds left” and I was like “really?!”.
I say it again... you cannot get in that position with a hurt foot or leg injury. You need to do these modified to Sitting. I had two broken ankles and there is no way, EVEN NOW after 8 months, that I can get down on the floor like that.
Hi Ann, I think it depends on the unique body and injury. Different people are able to tolerate different movements and exercises. Just how some people post knee surgery can do chair cardio and others can not.

I would say this would be challenging to get on the floor and back up or stand with foot surgery and not being able to put weight on your foot. 😩
I agree, I had foot surgery and now the hardest part of working out is moving my scooter out of the way to work out then getting back on it 😂
