So i got a weird one. Have a window unit that works, fan kicks on and it blows cold just fine. But sometimes when the fan kicks off it just keeps humming, almost sounds like the compressor is still trying to go. Only way to stop it is to kill the power at the plug, and even then it may keep doing it when power is restored.

Thanks to you, my fan works now. I stuck a screwdriver in the vent opening to see if it would move...and it did. Keep helping humanity.🤗

My fan blows out cool air really strong on one side and weak on the other side it's a window unit??
