On the surface, yes they appear very "lucky" and "fortunate" but what is not shown in this video is the immense amount of hard work and no days off that goes into getting oneself into that position. She's not just miraculously sent free things- they are typically sent as thank yous from companies she has worked with. This hard working girl hardly takes a day off and she is rewarded for that.
