Thanks a lot for uploading this video and squirrel sound. It helped me save a baby squirrel's life just a while ago. It was trapped in our balcony that is adjacent to our drawing/living room. It had somehow managed to get into the balcony, but was unable to climb up the balcony wall to reach the balcony grills from where it could easily have found its way out. No matter what I did, it did not seem to trust me enough to leave the balcony and come into our living room. The balcony was a dangerous place for it as there was a narrow PVC pipe going down from the wall of the balcony (close to the floor), and thinking that it could escape through that, it kept on entering the pipe every now and then. The PVC pipe was so narrow that it could have choked itself to death. I kept praying to Shirdi Saibaba to save it. Finally in a desperation, I tried to mimic squirrel sounds myself. I also spread a few nuts from the balcony door on to the balcony hoping it will see our living room, feel comfortable, and get in. But all in vain. Finally I desperately started looking for a reasonably long recording of squirrel sound that I could play for it to feel that there are squirrels in our living room. THAT IS WHERE I DISCOVERED THIS RECORDING!!! I felt the volume was too low for it to be heard from the noisy balcony. Finally, I brought over our "Bose" Speaker and played this on this speaker in a reasonably loud volume. I kept watching the baby squirrel from a dark corner of the room. In around 5-7 minutes, it was seen hovering around the balcony door. Now, there was an unprecedented twist in the tale. The mother squirrel appeared on the balcony grill and tried to "wave" to its baby in an attempt to prevent it from getting into our living room. I do not know what charm the combination of this video and the effect of Bose Speaker was, the baby ignored its mother and finally entered our living room. From then, to letting it free into our terrace garden was another ordeal, but let that story remain for some other day 😊 KUDOS TO THE PERSON WHO CREATED THIS RECORDING AND TO Bose AS WELL ❤❤❤
