Últimamente estoy de mejor humor y con menos ansiedad... aunque de estrés sigo con bastante por el hecho de tener demasiadas cosas, pero aún así me siento mejor de ánimo y creo que en parte es por dormir pronto y levantarme pronto! Ojalá llegar a ser como tú algun día, levantarse y venga a hacer ejercicio! haha (el restaurante japonés, tienes que ir!! sobretodo por el mediodía que hacen menús que salen muy a cuenta por la calidad - cantidad y experiencia, el mío costaba unos 22euros)
