I write normally at the end of the day and when I journal at the end of the day I talk about the biggest thing that happened, then after I wrote that I write 3 things I am grate full for then under those I do a sketch of how I’m feeling then I write under it in words (ex:happy,happy+exited etc) love your videos ❤
Yes! It’s been scientifically proven that people actually naturally gravitate towards healthy food when it’s displayed and when it’s already been precut/washed. The “hardest” part is sitting down to cut it up but you’ll notice that when it’s already prepped you’ll seek it out more than anything else

Journal Ideals:
- Write a calender of the month and Highlight the days you have took a shower/wash your face etc.
- Write a show and how many episodes/ seasons (kinda looks like a calender) and highlight the episodes you watched.(idk this helps me when I watch a show and fall asleep and skip episodes)

A good tip for your apartament : you can turn the couch facing the wall thats in front of the kitchen (i hope it makes sense)and then put the tv facing the couch then behind the couch you can put the table
