WOW!😲 That turned out beautifully!😍 Awesome addition with the brass. I think it gave it a extra added POP! I really love it!😊💕 Thanks for sharing,Nick!👍🏼
I like the brass additions. Adds even more unique artistry to it. As for what people will think in 1K years...1. "It refers to planets and how they lined up during harvest, equinox, etc. OR 2. "It has to do with some fertility god." Archaeology is a weird science. LOL
Hey Nick,, I have to admit that I got away from watching your channel, for a while, but it wasn't you. I've gotten away from working in my own shop so I haven't been watching many maker videos. UA-cam hasn't been pushing maker videos, in my feed, and I'm basically lazy so I don't actively search for them. I caught one of your recent videos, the one talking about quitting the channel. I'm glad I did because now, even though I'm not making anything, I am watching your content just because of how enjoyable it is! I'm sure it takes a lot of effort to keep it going, but I really hope you do. Your's is one of the most entertaining, fun to watch channels out there & we all need that in these tough times! Thank you for what you do!
100 years from now… “This bowl is called ‘The Journey’. The brass circles represent the Earth and Moon, traveling through the cosmos. The artist clearly put a lot of thought into this piece.” I can’t wait to see what inspiration this bowl has given you, Nick. Keep doin’ what you’re doin’.
Woohoo, Nick is back. Awesome piece mate. Those brass pieces make it look like someone decided to shoot it a couple of times, brilliant idea. Can't wait for the next video. Keep on doing you, we love it.
The old Nick we fell in love with is back! Absolutely beautiful work. The brass was a touch of genius👍. Don't doubt yourself just keep calm and waffle on!!!
Another amazing video! What if you take the colored resin that leaks from the mold and cast it in clear resin? I think it would be super cool seeing the different colors and different shapes if it works.
WOW Nick🤩 Your back with a BOOM! This is gorgeous and so unique! btw-people 100 years from now will know why you put the brass into it…because your an artist! I love it & imho it makes this piece a bit more artistic. Looking forward to your next videos😃
I love how you are not afraid to share everything in your videos, including any trial and errors. This is an absolutely beautiful piece, and I immediately envisioned it as an ice tub sitting on the table in the summer sun, chilling a couple of brews. The two brass pieces were a nice touch. It's great to see that you've gotten your energy and enthusiasm back. It was hard to see you so down as I've always found your videos very entertaining.
Welcome back, Nick! We've missed you so much :) I adore your humor, sense of absurd, and off-the-wall creative spirit. Hope you and yours are all well. Thank you for another delightful video. I didn't realize how much I needed more of your style and sass til the notification popped up, and suddenly my mood improved 150% (twas a bad day in this old lady's neighborhood). Bless ya, good sir, and loads of hugs!
I personally LOVE the two brass blanks, they add an extra little bit of FUNKINESS!!!!! LOVE THE WAVY LINES AND CHUBKY BOWL!!! KEEP UP THE INSANELY FINKY OUT OF THE BOX IDEAS, THEY BRIGHTEN MY DAYS AND INSPIRE ME ALWAYS! ALL MY BLESSINGS AND LOVE✨🤗💜✊🏻💯
Seeing another maker keep pushing on even though things don't always go as planned, really makes me happy. I'm a severe planner and you help me learn to loosen up and go with the flow. My day is always brighter when i see you've put out a new video. As always, your work is so fun and amazing.
That looks pristine my dude. Like a designer piece. The brass rod was an amazing touch. And makes it look expensive and like something a wealthy family would have.
🙌🙌🙌An idea in between posts when sometimes your project takes longer than you expected maybe once in awhile you can go over some of your older projects you still have around the shop kind of like recaps for a lot of new viewers that have not seen some of your older stuff.
I just want to thank Nick for these videos. I love the creativity. Your ideas are so inspiring and refreshing. It helps me with my anxiety, and PTSD because they are so relaxing and entertaining.
Love it!! Looks like it could be an ice bucket or a cookie jar. either way, it's pretty awesome! Keep on keeping on Nick. You always do good stuff that's lots of fun.
That turned out NICE! Love the accentuations between the white resin, purple resin, and the walnut. Cute way to fix an error with brass. Very nice work!
Really cool project! Those brass pieces will certainly raise questions for future owners of the project, no doubt! When you were hollowing out the middle, I saw the purple resin leftovers and wondered whether those would fit into a future project, nice light purple color, they are!
Good decision on adding the second piece of wood in there...love it.....and the brass pieces are cool...I'm sure some artsy person 100 years from now will have some great explanation of what it represents...using really big words that no one understands...
I appreciate seeing the mistakes, as a maker it's hard not to be pefectionistic about things, but seeing someone as established including the changes of plan etc is very cool of you. You're also just a cool guy in general.
I was so happy when I got the notification of your newest project. I think it looks great and a little.....funky. I'm so glad you're still putting out great videos, I can't wait to see what else you have planned for this year. I always love your videos and projects, I'm just sad that I don't have any of your masterpieces in my own home hopefully I will someday. Keep positive and funky Nick.
Loving the swerve in the blank. Your creativity inspires me to waist alot of resin I would never have tried. Which is a good thing 😂 I'm 73 and new at this and loving it ❤. Tks waffle on Nick 😂. Lary 😅
I haven't seen any other makers on youtube that has this good of a time making something. I'm looking forward to seeing all the many cool new things you're gonna make this year.
Hi Nick,My goodness you most certainly done yourself proud 👍 you turned out a beautiful looking piece & I thought your 2 brass additions just set it all off to perfection so thanks so much Nick for sharing 👍✨🤗 Lin
This piece is beautiful. I really appreciate that you show us that even the most experienced and talented people, like yourself, occasionally have problems with your projects, but you can adjust and move forward. You inspire people to continue working through issues on their own projects and not just toss them in the trash. There is no trash. There is only unpolished treasure.
21:11 you asked for a comment! I love your videos. Feeling your mojo again it seems. This is a beautiful piece! Please don’t ever stop making these videos. Your love of learning makes your channel so fun and really unique. Thanks for making wonderful content.
I am always amazed that you rarely have a set plan for your project but they almost always work out and look stunning, keep up the great work with all the witty quips and dry humour LOVE IT.
This is my favorite one by far. The simplicity speaks to me in a way I didn’t know it could as an autistic person. My brain in this day and age fights constantly against sensory overload that I have to watch your videos on silence with caption to enjoy them. You are my favorite UA-camr. This piece is your greatest yet. Please keep up what you’re doing it helps those of us out there like me.
I love everything you make, Nick!! You have a very interesting and quirky mind!!! What do you do with all the things you make?? Thank You for so many fun projects to watch and entertain us with!! Love you, Nick!!! You are awesome!!! 👍🏻
Hitting 'like' just because it's a new video and that's always exciting! Thanks, Nick! Edit: and now having seen the video I'm wishing for another four Like buttons to hit because that is AWESOME!
Nice one Nick 👍🏻 You can use superglue to fill your voids, use with an accelerator, just do small amount of glue, then spray, then glue and so on 👍🏻👍🏻 I’ve been watching you for years mate👍🏻👍🏻
I absolutely love your attitude of just turning little mistakes or imperfections into their own feature, those brass bits will be a talking point for anyone who sees it
I don't know if you will see this comment, but I have to say that I really loved this video and project. This reminds me of the older Zammeti projects that I enjoyed watching and I hope to see more like them in future videos.
Nick, just wanted to say you always bring smiles to me and my son's faces, and you always give me new ideas and inspiration for projects I want to do. Keep up the great work!
Firstly, this piece is beautiful and I genuinely thought the brass was intentional from the thumbnail! That is such a pretty way to turn flaws into features! Secondly, I love the wave effect! I think it would be so cool to see how the technique of carving into the layers of resin as they’re poured can work with different colors, transparencies, glitter, etc! I hope to see more of this technique!
Good to see you back again Nick. This is gorgeous and I think it would be cool 😎 with a lid and could be used for hundreds of things. Great job Nick keep up the amazing work. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
Thank you so much for your videos, Nick. No matter how rough a time I'm having, I can't help but smile watching you make all these really cool and beautiful pieces. Since I can't do woodworking anymore, I can live vicariously through you minus the facial hair. Too bad you didn't put some magnets in the holes instead of the brass. When somebody asks what those circles are, slap something metal onto it and tell them "It's attractive" 😉
👏👏 I want to see you go through stores and pick out random things to use for projects, then make a series where you make things 1 at a time using the stuff you bought!
Now just use the sander and make a bunch of little wakes around the edge, and then sort of like a rounded pyramid in the middle with some clear light blue 💙 with maybe some orangish yellow on top to make a sunset effect 🤔
This might be one of my faves so far...I think you need to do more of these projects with weird offcuts and various color combos. Be a great way to recycle old material too I'd imagine. Nice one bruv!
This was your best piece in a while. A nice change from "what can I cast in resin today" projects. Those are fun, but the classic pieces like this are great to see. This is lovely.
More dancing 🤣. Can't wait to see the projects that spawn from the ideas in this one piece. Cool to see a resin wave right between a lid and container, lid does a long slide into place. Maybe an inner sleeve to make it work.
Suggestion -Try a cylinder idea like this - but each layer of color you put in - TILT IT a little to one side while curing - and then each subsequent layer tilt a different way!! FUNKADELIC!!!
Beautiful bowl! I love the metal accents it's very pretty. I bet it would glow a beautiful purple in those spots if you sat some little fairy lights inside of the bowl 😊
Sorry for the not watching sooner, I'm having lovely Internet issues. Now, about this wavy bowl... I love it. I'm actually surprised you haven't made one before. The wave design is really cool. As always waffle on my dear friend.
Glad you decided to stay! Happy you had a cool project to share with us! I just love seeing the wood POP! When you put the different things on it. Its so beautiful and in the end, you found your purple! Take care!
I don’t care what it is I want to see you doing it. 😃👍
WOW!😲 That turned out beautifully!😍 Awesome addition with the brass. I think it gave it a extra added POP! I really love it!😊💕 Thanks for sharing,Nick!👍🏼
I think you found your va-va-voom again. This is a beautiful piece, classy, minimalist and so nicely balanced. Love it❤️
Lol. How Nick got his groove back.

@@olemiss644 yeah. I often wonder what future archaeologists will make of our stuff

Woohoo, Nick is back. Awesome piece mate. Those brass pieces make it look like someone decided to shoot it a couple of times, brilliant idea. Can't wait for the next video. Keep on doing you, we love it.
What came to my mind when I saw the finish product was the planet Jupiter with its swirls and with a couple of its moons passing by.
You made a real gem of a pot/bowl... I hope you realize how lucky you are to have this talent...enjoy watching you channel!
Thank you so much for sticking with us. And continuing to do what you do best which is entertain and amazed!

That's a good idea. I curious now too.
That would be awesome to see.
Neat idea
That would be awesome looking I think too ......
That's a great way to turn projects that have been deemed failed to have new life without using extra resources!
Looks like you got your mojo back!!😀 Awesome Video Homie!!💯🔥
You could make a giant lego brick shaped storage box made out of resin and actual legos. This was a lovely pot!
You are such a friggin' squirrely nut! Don't ever change, mate. Glad to have your enthusiasm back.
I hope you kept those gorgeous purple shavings. 💜
Those 2 brass pieces absolutely make the piece. What an amazing bowl, I love it.😊
2 pieces of brass... .22 and .38 caliber rounds.
Don't change the way you are, I love the way you mess about, you bring a smile to my face.
WOW Nick🤩 Your back with a BOOM! This is gorgeous and so unique! btw-people 100 years from now will know why you put the brass into it…because your an artist! I love it & imho it makes this piece a bit more artistic. Looking forward to your next videos😃

LOVE THE WAVY LINES AND CHUBKY BOWL!!!
KEEP UP THE INSANELY FINKY OUT OF THE BOX IDEAS, THEY BRIGHTEN MY DAYS AND INSPIRE ME ALWAYS!
ALL MY BLESSINGS AND LOVE✨🤗💜✊🏻💯
I love it. I think I'd put a little nest of fairy lights in so they could shine through and highlight the resin colors!
Seeing another maker keep pushing on even though things don't always go as planned, really makes me happy. I'm a severe planner and you help me learn to loosen up and go with the flow. My day is always brighter when i see you've put out a new video. As always, your work is so fun and amazing.
So good to see you again. Can't wait to see this one!
I love all your sayings. Jubbly bubbly., Bobs your uncle. I live in California and you really make me smile☺️👍🏼
Love your creative brassy solution to the resin gap...I love the quirkiness!
That looks pristine my dude. Like a designer piece. The brass rod was an amazing touch. And makes it look expensive and like something a wealthy family would have.
Your thought process is amazing. Your creativity is unsurpassed. You are so upbeat and fun to watch. Great video, Thank You!

Miss Romie A, I'm with you. I''m a Veteran with anxiety, PTSD and TBI. I enjoy watching Nick, plus he makes me smile.
I am glad your cheeky self is back!!! Love watching you be silly and happy. And of course beautiful work!
Love the purple! Yay for waffling!!✌🇨🇦
This is awesome and the brass pieces look very intentional and no one, 100 years from now, will question their placement.
Love it!! Looks like it could be an ice bucket or a cookie jar. either way, it's pretty awesome! Keep on keeping on Nick. You always do good stuff that's lots of fun.
I think its kinda nice! It looks like little eyes and those lines makes like mouth, so its like a smiley face? 😜😀👍
That turned out NICE! Love the accentuations between the white resin, purple resin, and the walnut. Cute way to fix an error with brass. Very nice work!
I really like this bowl! It's classy and still screams Nick Zammeti. Great work Nick
I love this project! My favorite part....the brass bits! It just adds an awesome bit of flair! Well done, Nick!
Very good work nick,we enjoy it a lot.
Really cool project! Those brass pieces will certainly raise questions for future owners of the project, no doubt! When you were hollowing out the middle, I saw the purple resin leftovers and wondered whether those would fit into a future project, nice light purple color, they are!
I was thinking the very same thing about purple leftovers.
I was also thinking the same, because it seems such a waste of nice colours and Iam sure Nick could use it in something 🤞
Good decision on adding the second piece of wood in there...love it.....and the brass pieces are cool...I'm sure some artsy person 100 years from now will have some great explanation of what it represents...using really big words that no one understands...
I love your videos so much lol thank you for continuing the amazing channel you have and bringing us the silliness and awesome projects you always do.

I love how the thinner piece was just about perfectly aligned with the bottom!!!
It's absolutely gorgeous! It feels like a modern, coastal piece. Thanks for sharing with us Nick!!
Exactly the vibe I got from it! 🥰🥰
SATURN! It reminds me of Saturn’s cloud patterns! That’s pretty awesome!
I just love how this turned out!! You’re amazing!!! I love watching you. You bring sunshine to my bad days!!😊❤

I ALWAYS anticipate your videos and I am NEVER disappointed. Awesome job on this one, too!
The brass is just what the beautiful bowl needed, like jewelry!
Really glad to see you still making. Turned out really nice and the brass was a neat touch 👌
Glad you're enjoying yourself again. Keep up the great work.
Nice work on the shed! 💯 Its a work in progress. For me, I'm not too excited on aluminum sheds and prefer a wooden structure. Love the content! 🔥💚🔥
Hitting 'like' just because it's a new video and that's always exciting! Thanks, Nick!
Edit: and now having seen the video I'm wishing for another four Like buttons to hit because that is AWESOME!
Happy New Year Nick. Loved this organization. Great way to start the year of the 🐇
Nice one Nick 👍🏻
You can use superglue to fill your voids, use with an accelerator, just do small amount of glue, then spray, then glue and so on 👍🏻👍🏻
I’ve been watching you for years mate👍🏻👍🏻
That was honestly one of the nicest pieces you've made in a long while.
I absolutely love your attitude of just turning little mistakes or imperfections into their own feature, those brass bits will be a talking point for anyone who sees it
Now, I want to make a bowl similar to this one. Great idea. The brass is like the frosting on the cupcake. Waffle on Nick, we love it!
I love how willing you are to just throw caution to the wind and try something that randomly pops into your head just so you can see what will happen.
I don't know if you will see this comment, but I have to say that I really loved this video and project. This reminds me of the older Zammeti projects that I enjoyed watching and I hope to see more like them in future videos.
I love it. I can’t believe how perfect the brass bits worked in the final product. Wow
So glad you didn't knock making videos on the head. They really are unique and a breathe of fresh air in a genre that can be a bit po faced!
There's something particularly elegant about this piece, those brass inclusions are a really lovely focal point.
Nick, just wanted to say you always bring smiles to me and my son's faces, and you always give me new ideas and inspiration for projects I want to do. Keep up the great work!
Not half bad, mate. I love it when you go all slow-mo on us. We can see how the stuff is coming off the gouges from the turn. Good stuff, that.
The purpose of the brass pieces is to make people ask the questions. Who? What? Why? ☘️💜☘️ Very cool!
I love how your hair always looks like you just got done going really fast.
I’m glad you read all the comments! I hope Charlie is doing well. My Charlie maker and I really enjoy watching you and your creations
wow....beautiful!!! imagine a fairylight inside revealing the deep purple..i love it! 😍
It actually looks like a galaxy or a nebula with a star and a planet - or two stars - sticking out! Just WOW!
Adding the brass was a brilliant stroke of genius. Such a unique touch, I adore it.
A fun piece of art. A bowl made of layers of wood, resin, and metal would be intriguing. Cheers!
Nice to see you back Nick & also back to your old self too.
Really like that project, looks great! 👍
As the Doctor would say......FANTASTIC!!!!
Think that this will turn out really GOOD! Good evening everyone from Richmond, Indiana USA.
That worked out very well. As soon as I saw it I was like “that would make an awesome ice bucket with a cool lid on it”!!!!!!
👏👏 I want to see you go through stores and pick out random things to use for projects, then make a series where you make things 1 at a time using the stuff you bought!
WOWWWW!!! I LOVE IT!!! THE BRASS IS BAD ASS!!! I JUST LOVE IT!!!🤎🩶💜🤎💜🩶💫
Now just use the sander and make a bunch of little wakes around the edge, and then sort of like a rounded pyramid in the middle with some clear light blue 💙 with maybe some orangish yellow on top to make a sunset effect 🤔
I think your piece looks lovely, and that picture of Tommy Cooper at the end of the video took me back to my childhood 😀
Glad you decided to stay! Happy you had a cool project to share with us! I just love seeing the wood POP! When you put the different things on it. Its so beautiful and in the end, you found your purple! Take care!
