Fire drill isnt even in the game without gibbed. Even then cant keep it when you save quit on console unless your the one with the modded account. Or have cheat engine on computer.
The hornet is the best weapon ever : easy farm, high dropchance, can come with a x2 multiplier, looks cool and as i learned from this video : benefits from grenade buffs. Tip : on your first playthrough farm knuckledragger for a hornet. Depending on which parts you get, it carries you through bloodshot stronghold. I even use a twin prefix hornet on wilhelm with maya cuz the bursts make a lvl 1 hornet more efficient than a lvl 13 teapot. Try it out try it out
The Hector is honestly great for destroying Pyro Pete's shield. Not saying it's the best, but it makes him pretty easy. Also *Fire Drills* hurt my ears
great list like always, but for me the grog nozzle is number 2 because it saved my live more times than any rubi could, and its like the missing half of the dpuh, the dpuh is the "i kill everything" pistol and the grog is the "i make it easier to kill everything and heal you" pistol, the grog is basically the healer that every dd needs :D
The critical hit bonus on the lady fist is so good, that I used the lady fist from the original playthrough to get the lady fist in true vault hunter mode.
I'm doing the same now! Only played through fully w/ Maya so far. Couple it with slow corrosive pistol, burst off a few rounds, switch and still get the crit bonus; works in vehicles as well if equipped! Everybody seems to rate Salvador/s skill, but I can't get past not aiming weapons properly. An Adrien Brody Predators Head/skin would be cool for Axton; could imagine him as a vault hunter! :D
I got a gunerang from farming Uranus. I believe I also got a Unkempt Harold from that same boss as well, although it could have come from another one in the Commander Lilith DLC.
DPUH is so important for me. It is the only gun I have that can take down the rabids and get me out of the FFY. Very rarely can I kill even a single one before it reaches me. I just resign myself to knowing I'll be FFY soon and have the gun ready.
I managed to get a double penetrating Unkempt Harold (took me 10 hours total.) and holy shit is it OP. I’m aiming for two of them for Salvador. Side note: try the infinity pistol build for Sal. It’s really powerful when used correctly.
I think the grog is also very good on Maya, if you spec into her Cataclysm tree, things around you just get wrecked without as much effort from you and the passive healing you get from things like cloud kill while you're holding the grog is amazing. And some of her other skills, like recompense also can trigger cloud kill which honestly the survivability the grog provides in normal mode could make you and unkillable crowd clearing machine with no effort on your part. It's really good
I really like the “Law” pistols. High damage, (theoretically) infinite fire rate, although only 9 ammo per mag (this is for my leather law, others may have more), which isn’t a huge problem. And a melee damage boost due to the mounted knife on them.
The Gub, Hornet, Maggie, Infinity, Gunerang, and any Unkempt Harold can all be farmed with Uranus in the Firght for Sanctuary as well. He drops all of them (not at once).

The Gunerang is great for Axton, but shitty for every other character, even in TPS. The one pistol I greatly disagree with, it should have been 10th or 9th best...

Got jammy with the DPUH at level 58 UVHM. I didn't fancy farming tokens and so paid Savage Lee a visit, getting the DPUH after ten runs. I've heard it's a 0.43% drop rate.

I love borderlands 2 for so many things. And yet the pistols are the only thing i hate about it, cause they're inaccurate af and just feels garbage, I didn't found any pistol that made me feel like a badass Gunslinger. Im playing both borderlands 1 and 2 , in the first game I'm currently rocking a Gunslinger build on Mordecai with the DL31 Savage Masher (114x7 dmg) and the Whitting's Elephant Gun. In the second game I'm using a mixed heavy gunner/marksman build on Zero with Kwalal Kwalal Callipeen Sniper (it's really good), the Straight Ravager Shotgun, the Gratuitius bombabarbardeer RPG and the, Ugh, the widow maker revolver(it feels so garbage). Why did they took out or not included pistols that give Desert Eagle or 44. Magnum level of power in Borderlands 2? These feel like Glock Switches with some extra stuff slapped on them. Kinda disappointing if you ask me.
I'd really like to play anarchy gaige, rode deathtrap's coat-tails all the way to UVHM and lvl 65 or so. I tried a few different builds for anarchy, but I can't just *not die* like that. 😂
you can also farm the infinity in the new dlc. in The Burrow by the lietunant I believe by completeing bricks BFF mission. hope that tip helps anyone :)

Rubi is just bad compared to the grog. Grog is easy to acquire too.
Starting a new mode resets the dlc in that particular game mode so you could get in tvhm and then get it again in uvhm.
