Every devotee of shiv who misused his boon was destroyed by vishu rupam of shiva actually. Moral of the story never take advantage of ur blessing in a negative way,no matter how smart u r ur lord is the smartest Being ever.
Thank you for your insightful comment! 🙏 Indeed, the story of Asuras misusing their boons reminds us of the profound wisdom of Lord Shiva and Vishnu in maintaining balance in the universe. Your takeaway is spot on - no matter how powerful one becomes, divine intelligence always prevails. We must always use our blessings wisely and righteously! 🙌🔥
i felt alwayd connect to our Lord Shivayah i felt i was resound to the “underdog” types i was seeking in various creepypasta demon devils but now i understand maybe i was used to be A devotee of Shree Shiva when i was a Asura. now im connected to a family who worship him i am very grateful to be a human like this ❤🎉 Ohm Namah Shivayah

That's a nice suggestion! But as far as we know, Jalandhar had a battle with lord Shiva, but he was not a devotee. But we'll have a look at it! Thanks for the suggestion! Om Namah Shivay 🙏🔱🧡
Thank you for sharing your perspective! We deeply respect the ancient knowledge and wisdom of the Vedas and scriptures. BHASMASURA IS NOT A FULLTIME TRUE DEVOTEE OF LORD SHIVA, HE MADE TAPAS & GOT THE WISH GRANTED, OTHER ASURAS MENTIONED HAVE BEEN VERY OBEDIANT TO SHIVVA
Thanks for your input! 🙏 You're right that Bhasmasura wasn't a true devotee in the traditional sense-his devotion to Lord Shiva was motivated by personal gain through his tapasya (penance), which led to his destructive boon. On the other hand, asuras like Andhaka and Banasura showed a different kind of loyalty and connection to Lord Shiva. The distinction between different types of devotion definitely makes these stories more fascinating! Would love to hear more of your thoughts on this. 💭
In Sanskrit SURA means GOOD. The opposite of that is ASURA. It is a quality. So any being can be SURA or ASURA. In Indian Mythology DEVAS are also called SURAS as they are benovolent beings. Their antagonists are called ASURAS.
@SwapnalokaOfficial so I'm a firm believer of these beings, entities, gods or what you prefer and surely of Lord Shiva. I know in the Bhagavad Gita it says to see Shiva in his 2nd Form is considered an honor I assure you that the Gita has a numerous amount of Truth and led me to the vijnana bhairava tantra and again Truth as well as the veda's. I have nothing but respect for this Pantheon though I don't believe Pantheon is the word that should be used I'm still unsure what to believe, yet some things I know for sure and due to this I have nothing but respect and Love for Shiva and the others as in Hanuman, Ganesha and so on as well as all of you! 🙏 Om Namah Shivaya

The nectar of Immortality - Amrit is in Svargaloka and Asuras are in constant battle with Devas to have it for themselves. Check the story of SAMUDRA MANTHAN where the AMRIT emerged for the first time and was given to the Devas, but Asuras tried to steal it. The conflict has ever since continued
Daityas are offsprings of Diti, Danavas are the offsprings of Danu, and Rakshasas are demons. Both Daityas and Danavas are Asura clans. Asura is a blanket term for anyone who has been touched by Tamas, darkness, vices. Devas who have turned ro darkness are the most powerful Asuras.
Rakshasas are different from Asuras. Asuras are as powerful as Devas byt they are inflicted by TAMAS which os darkness, vice. Hence they are A-SURA while Devas are SURA. Yes, Ravan was a Brahmin but that is just a classification for people / beings who have gained immense knowledge and mastered Vedas. But Ravan had darkness residing in his heart and was grappled with vices like extreme ego, pride, anger, lust, hence he was termed an Asura
Mythology is a blanket term for legends and tales that are rooted in antiquity and don’t have the proof of occurence. What matters is the lessons from these tales, and Hindus have failed miserably in learning anything from these tales

Ok so just to clarify Asuras are human well to start? Well some??

I thought it was the garudra against the naga's current Trying to get the immortal nectar and now you're saying that it was devos and assuras hmmm

Is this divided rule going on here
not sure what you are referring to
Asura means the anti-god mainly 3 types Daityas, danavas and Rakshasas
Daityas are offsprings of Diti, Danavas are the offsprings of Danu, and Rakshasas are demons. Both Daityas and Danavas are Asura clans. Asura is a blanket term for anyone who has been touched by Tamas, darkness, vices. Devas who have turned ro darkness are the most powerful Asuras.
@SwapnalokaOfficial Rakshasas were born from Heti and praheti
Interesting! Thanks for this info. Will dig deeper about this
Wait, I thought Robin was a Brahman.D call a raksha now ur saying was assur
Rakshasas are different from Asuras. Asuras are as powerful as Devas byt they are inflicted by TAMAS which os darkness, vice. Hence they are A-SURA while Devas are SURA. We Hindus oirself disrespect our ancestors story with words like mythology using the colonizers language. What a shame to us.
Mythology is a blanket term for legends and tales that are rooted in antiquity and don’t have the proof of occurence. What matters is the lessons from these tales, and Hindus have failed miserably in learning anything from these tales
