Thanks a ton man! Really appreciate those words and I just try to be as transparent as possible. No reason to hide anything if it just helps a few people
It was a very interesting video, as they said in another comment, not everyone discloses their salary. I have a question, could you make a video of a roadmap to be an AI engineer, thanks.
Thanks a lot! Yeah I want to be transparent with u guys and also show the possibilities. Yeah I’ll def create a video about that in the near future. Talked a bit about it in my last live stream
My second message in UA-cam 😅 interesting video because I'm cv ai engineer too, and I play padel, as you 😂 I didn't know padel was popular in Denmark. I live in Italy and here is very popular.
Hey dude love the content. I am starting my bachelors in computer science next year ( currently 28, so left it a bit late ) but I am wondering how you got started as an AI engineer? I’m very interested in AI and wondering if I should choose software development major or data science. Would love to hear your thoughts. Cheers man
Awesome man, thanks for watching! It’s all personal preferences so hard to say which one. One doesn’t exclude the other. Computer science will also cover many of the basic aspects of AI in general. I’d personally go for Ai and data but software is also a big part of it.
People are reaching out to me with offers all the time through my personal brand so also how I got the first one in Dubai. My starting salary after graduating was 130k/year. Even worked full time couple of months in the end of my degree
@@NicolaiAI Great Man!!! But there are not many opportunities for AI/ML roles, especially remote roles. Is it really possible to land a remote ML job as a fresher? I just need a straightforward answer: how much skill does someone need to get their first remote job? What are the skills that one needs to be strong at. How much someone can earn as a bare minimum from that remote role? And keep guiding us to grow, Man.
You have to stand out. If u do the same as everyone else and just follow the flow, don’t expect opportunities to drop by. I teach everything I did and how u can stand out with even just a few changes and tips in my ai career program: www.nicolai-nielsen.com/aicareer

Don’t count my stocks as income. But been doing a lot more trading recently which could be taken into account. I expect my investments to exceed my income in the next few years
@@NicolaiAI As a lead engineer, you've interviewed AI/ML engineers for your company. Could you share some of the best project ideas to impress recruiters and stand out from others?
@arjitsingh3519 the project doesn’t matter. It’s all about the process and problem solving approach. I do have my ai career program in case u haven’t come by that!
@@arjitsingh3519 Ohh thought it was my own stocks and investments haha. But yeah I do get stock based compensation as well but hard to say how much it is in private companies. In bigger tech companies 50% is not much off but usually only for US based companies. Don't count those as income since they are basically worthless until company goes public. But when/if they do, it will be a nice pay day and bonus every quarter going forward.

Your videos are inspiring, not many devs want to reveal their salaries and expenses, thanks for your transparency 😀
Awesome words man! Transparency was the idea with the video
Seeing this kind of transparency is very rare. You have my undying respect for being such an inspiration for everyone. You earned my sub 😃

Thanks a lot for telling your monthly Expenses.
for “monthly profit” you used “taxes” rather than “amount available”, you take home $1800 more a month than you put here
Great spot! Those two are swapped. Editor owes one
Very inspiring video for me, as an upcoming Software Engineer going into AI ! Keep growing the brand Nicolai ! :-D
Awesome man! Thanks for watching and wishing u the best. Creating these videos to inspire others
I am accepted to do a master Ai in Germany . But I am worried about jobs . They said to me that it's hard to find a job in this field

Does your tax include sales tax, property tax, gas tax, import tarrif tax, or the many of other taxes governments have invented?
Nope that pure income tax. Then u can all the rest as well :)
55% taxes is insane, think about moving to dubai or bali
Haha check 2 months later video
