Great video to look at the fact that a personality helps play a huge role in working on passing an interview and how best to come across when going to one.
Great information! We're typically know to research the company and the job description when interviewing. Rarely do we focus on the interviewer. Gaining insight into his/her personality type can set the tone for the entire interview.
Another great video Mike. From my personal experience I have seen all these personalities grouped together in interview panel. So it is imperative to know during interviews and answer them as appropriately and wisely.
Sujit. Typically speaking there are some one on one meetings and some panel discussions. For the one one one we recommended finding the personality type of the decision maker With a large audience you have to balance the types but still have a primary focus on the key decision maker
Great video Mike now I know and understand why different personalities are in the interview process, you have given me insight on how to deal with those personalities with confidence.
Good video with solid info, so thanks for that. Gotta fix the "analytical" spelling errors earlier in the video however, as it immediately pulls you out of the good messaging of the video.
Dan, Good point about the typo in the video. Realistically speaking I record the video and it goes to a team the edits and uploads etc. I’m busy trying to create as much Free content as I can to help the cloud architect community. I can speak to my team about being a bit better with the spelling and grammar

Could you be more than one? I feel like I'm both functional and personal, maybe even analytical.
Many people are hybrid personality types.
But for the most part each person has a dominant type and that is their preferred method of communication.
I have multi-personality types: personal, functional, and analytical.
We are all a combination but usually have a dominant platform.
I’m intuitive primarily but also personal
