They also could have said something when the judge went to speak with them in the jury room, although not the best time because they’re alone with the judge and the attorneys aren’t there, but they could have said they needed to speak with both the judge and attorneys, but NOTHING! 🤦🏾♀️ If these 12 grown adults can’t figure out how to speak up in the moment about something as important as this, an innocent woman’s life, then they clearly weren’t capable of being on this jury! It makes NO SENSE! I also have issue with this jury trickling in, after the fact, and saying they acquitted on counts 1 and 3! If you know you messed up by not speaking up when you had chances, then ALL 12 of you should have the courage to do the right thing NOW and talk with Jackson and Yannetti about what actually happened in the jury room! The fact that ALL 12 as a group, didn’t immediately come forward and about half still haven’t, is yet a further disgrace and a testament to their character! This has nothing to do with people wanting to know who the jury is and where they live, I and others could care less! We just want to have ALL of them, do the right thing, by ALL coming forward together and tell the truth and they can do that with their identities STILL being kept sealed because I don’t believe most people care about who they are, we just want justice for Karen Read and THEY as the actual jury, SHOULD want the same thing! I mean, we are talking about Double Jeopardy here and a woman’s life in prison! They’ve had multiple opportunities to do the right thing, ALL together, but somehow manage to keep falling short! 😤 Also, understand I also place the blame on this POS judge! She absolutely should have asked them if they acquitted her of ANY charges and she failed to do so! So many people, on both sides, want to give the judge credit and say she “messed up, or perhaps forgot”! I don’t believe that, Auntie Bev is a seasoned judge and knows what she’s doing and she is just as corrupt as the Commonwealth/Lally, Morrissey, MSP and Canton PD! I also believe there were people or a person on the jury that were, shall we say, “McAlbert-friendly” people! It doesn’t mean they were paid or even placed on the jury by the McAlberts. Some find it hard to believe that could happen and that’s coming from people on both sides. However, it could be that these people lean towards the McAlberts themselves and wanted very much to get on the jury, “to be of assistance”, if you know what I’m saying! I do believe that’s a possibility, especially when you hear that a majority of the jury was still hung up on count 2, which makes no sense, if you truly listened to the testimony and evidence and didn’t come in with preconceived biases! Clearly the evidence proved John wasn’t hit by Karen’s vehicle, the ARCCA guys proved that, but the most important thing to me was “reasonable doubt”! There was absolutely NO WAY that jury could say 💯% there was zero “reasonable doubt” and if you have ANY “reasonable doubt”, Karen Read is innocent! Also, because count 2 still had to do with Karen hitting John with her vehicle and there was SO MUCH “reasonable doubt” around anything having to do with Karen hitting John, there’s just no way the jury should have come to anything other than a NOT GUILTY verdict…… Period! Full Stop! 🛑 ( If you know, you know! 😏) So, I started all this by saying, I don’t understand why people don’t place more blame on the jury!
