File, gestione del retino, numero di fili del telaio, velocità e inclinazione passaggio racla determinano una qualità che bisogna aver chiara nella fase di interpretazione file, quindi nessuna sorpresa nel risultato finale. Ma quando la t-shirt deve essere unica, allora ci vuole il tocco manuale con i dosatori marker screen e tutto diventa magia!

perdonatemi ma come si ottiene il grafico con quale procedura o macchinario ?

Se per grafico intendi il telaio, si ottiene con la Goccopro, la macchina che riceve il file da un software grafico, ad esempio photoshop e incide, in automatico ed in soli 2 minuti senza chimici e acqua, direttamente il tessuto serigrafico che in questo caso era di 120 linee per pollice. Pazzesco come cambia la serigrafia!

Well tell your next customer when he returns the 1500 t-shirt that you mistakenly printed an inverted image ... by the way I DO NOT BELIEVE that your stencil will run 1500 impressions .... you should use your technology to create a Thermal RIP Film output and use thermosensitive sheets....
