I drove a United Parcel Service (UPS) package car for six years. I knew to hydrate while driving and stay out of the back of the vehicle where things were way hotter. Whats interesting about this type of illness the driver suffered from, Biden wanted to create guidelines to help prevent heat related incidents, but Abbot immediately fired back. Abbot can be a chill guy, but just like every other politician in this country, sometimes they need to accept a good idea regardless if the idea came from the opposition. That is why things keep happening in this country. On the other hand, I thought the union won 2 years ago where the vehicles will be equipped with AC units. You know, back in the 90s, we thought 95 degrees was hot. Now 95 degrees is cool. We just peaked 106 today in Dallas. Arizona peaked 115 one day not too long ago. It is beginning to be too dangerous to be out side during the day now. Perhaps there should be some kind of guide lines to protect workers who have to work outside in the day time.
