At first my bf thought I was crying bc I started listening during a time that was so rough for me mentally. But then things started getting better and I stopped having nightmares I call it my “exposure therapy” and I started cracking up in my sleep. More like true crime, im loving it. Its so much better than the teen stories that go, "someone said hi to me so I ran for my life... I was sooo scared" stories. I never know what to expect since they're all written by different people. Sometimes its a great gorey story, and sometimes it sounds like a kid scared of their own shadow

What happened to me led to addiction, violence, attempted m*rder, attempted armed ro**ery, other crimes and distributions, then rehab and prison. In prison I made sure any s*x offender's bid was no fun at all i.e. slapped their trays in chow out of their hands everytime I had a chance, I would pop the loccs on their loccers and steal everything i could and would throw anything not of use into the toilets, theres no pitty in prison for those types, and shouldn't be in the streets either!!!

I have a date rape drug story. Luckily, like the story I have, the person made it out without being full on assaulted. Mine is about my grandma, this took place likely in the late 60’s to the early 70’s. She was at a bar, and for what ever reason left her drink unattended. My grandmother was a wisp of a woman. Likely didn’t get past 90 lbs when soaking wet. She went back to her drink, and drank it without thinking. In a few moments, she noticed she started feeling funky. She rushed to the bathroom, and managed to get herself locked into a bathroom stall before the drug took full effect. She made it out of that bar unscathed, but used that story to make sure I knew to watch my drink. And no matter what, if you leave a drink unattended, abandon it. It’s better safe then sorry.
Glad she made it out unscathed. I was not so lucky. Drugged at a party, I was lucky to escape only cut up with a boxcutter and not killed. Maybe I will submit my story someday.
