Hmm! Yes that's right if there weren't mods of any type then farm sim #22 would be worth the vinyl which it's printed on! New crops and addition to the Mack semi tractor although some of crops can't be considered new since they were added in farm sim #19 but it's all good. Hopefully giants software will see the need to adding more crops going forward! 😉👍🏼
DJ I have a serious question for you how do you register a version you did not buy on steam on steam? For instance I bought some DLC's through Giants and Steam is not seeing or recognizing them even though I bought 19 through them. So what would happen with updates and trying to get new DLC's with 2021 through steam if they do not recognize your having the game?

I’m sure season mods will still be a thing. Was hundreds of seasons mods in 19. I’m sure it’ll come back in 22. What giants is doing more like standard season.
This may sound silly to most, but the only improvement I've ever wanted to this game is the AI traffic. And still haven't seen or heard one thing about it. If they haven't improved that, then I'm not really interested, I'll just stick with FS19, at least until the drop the price to 15 bucks, Lol.
All i want is to be able to herd cows to the dairy from their fields and do rotational grazing. Would be cool if If we can buy fields and then choose whether it would be used for planting or animal use. Imagine having to wake up at 4am to help your workers herd the dairy cows into the dairy, and then watch your workers attaching the milking devices to the cows or upgrade to a more sophisticated rotational dairy to milk more cows faster.
In the trailer she saw her field destroyed by disease. I would love to see disease and pests in the game. Not "all crops need to be sprayed", but rather disease and pests spreading from extended monocrop cultures and not cleaning equipment. Would be cool if diseases and pests spread through the field progressively instead of the entire field at once. Plant health would also play a large role, some crops like different PH and Nitrogen, and with seasons you need to plant at the right time to reduce risk of disease from cold or heat stress.
I like how Giants are like pre order for exclusive content. Someone will make a mod similar, if not better than Giants. My custom modding 9rx was better than the one you bought from giants as a dlc. I’m excited for the game, but I’m more exited for mods. That’s what has kept my interest in fs19 for so long.
Remember that when Giants have a pre-order feature, that is in eligible to be a mod. You cannot have that on the ModHub. Now, with that being said, modders on oc can do whatever they want for their own private Ans public release mods off modhub.
Hopefully they make deformable terrain... It's not like it's impossible... SpinTires did it over 10 years ago, and Cattle and Crops does it currently...
Another new brand I believe is kinzie, I saw a kinzie planter on the case that in the video, it’s a popular American planter brand and there are not many mods of kinzie planters.
i really hope that they add more realism with the animals like moving them from field to field, because iv'e got bored of constantly mowing my fields so that would be a really good addition to the game. Now in the trailer i did see some cows in a small field so maybe that is a slight hint towards the next game. OMG im buzzing rn
One thing I'd like to see is a different texture between a seed drill and a corn planter cuz their widths are different making a different appearance on the ground

Giants do need to pay closer attention to the Massey Ferguson tractors! Massey haven’t painted the chassis black on their tractors since 2009! Massey are stonleigh grey coloured chassis now!
I hope the tractor paint wearing is still in the game like it is with seasons … I only wish you could buy used equipment with the paint already wore 🤣😂
I hope cows can actually survive off just hay if your farming for beef. Another thing I hope is that hay bales are sized more realistically. The final thing I wish is that more old American machinery comes to the game.

Posibility to swich gear- animated greenhouses for example strawberryes to mention for your bread or cakes,love cakes... better dynamic wind system i just look so much forward to get this in hands :-)
I was thinking...if grapes and olives are two of the three new crops, then we need to take care of them. And to take care of them, we need really small tractors to fit between the rows. That means they're going to add really small tractors like the Same Argon or the New Holland TK4 Crawler, otherwise I don't think the FS19 "Small tractors" are small enough to deal with grapes and olives! 😄
What I really need is more information on the “year one bundle” with descriptions like “ PACK 2-This will drive you crazy “ it certainly is driving me crazy. Crazy enough to not be able to justify doubling the price of the game.
there are two main things i wish they would do and its one or the other. either maps with more square/rectangle fields or smarter workers. right now you can only use workers efficiently on the fields that are mostly square or rectangle as the worker will pick up most of the crop and continue to work without the "nothing to do" trigger to cause them to stop working. square fields allow you to do other things until the worker is done. smarter workers would see that the field is odd-shaped and work it accordingly to what needs to be done.
They need complitelly new engine for the game if they want to start modernizing it,sadly that's not gonna happen,because Giants is just to lazy and cheap. FS 22 is not a new generation of the game,is just a rebranded FS 19 with few new vehichles,new map and mods incorporated in the game code lol. Game looks exactly the same like FS 19!

I heard there will be a mod that makes it take longer to get John Deere equipment due to the strike. Also, your equipment may randomly stop working because the white collar workers are filling in for the regular assemblers and are doing shoddy work.
i bought farmin g sim 19 like 6 months ago but used to play it on ps4 when i upgraded to PC i downloaded steam bought fs19 on it and it was really laggy, so i bought it from the Giants software website and iv'e had no issues running it, even with a low end PC
They need to do more engaging contracts for example cars or trucks stopping by your farm and asking for specific crop or contracts with companies for constant supply, that would make the game much more interesting in my opinion.

I would like to see different textures when you drill grain and when you plant corn. They do it with potatoes. In real life, there is a big difference between when you plant corn and soybeans. They are planted in rows 3 to 3 feet apart and grain drilling there are only inches between the rows.
If the new EU map is in France, Renault should be a no brainer, especially since Claas took over Renault Agriculture production between 2003 and 05, with tractors like the Arion 500 and 600 being based on the Ares 500 and 600 (redesign in 05, then new name).

Wondering why the gametrailer looks so awesome promising, and the gameplay itself looks like an 8-10 years old, mobile phone game. Playing MSFS2020, RDR2 and TSW2 and such, then starting FS22 would let me feel like i made a timewarp back in time.

Was REALLY hoping there would be Snowrunner type mud when it rains in FS22. :(

the problem is the game always sucks until at least 12 - 18months after the launch due to there being no mods and lots of bugs.
