I am so happy I found this video! I’m 14 years old and I recently started getting closer and buliding a relationship with God and I have never felt better. I think back to when I wasn’t a Christian and I realized how unhappy I was but now I feel so much happier. The speech about “finding yourself” I relate to so much. I tried finding myself when I wasn’t a Christian and I always found myself down and unhappy. It was now when I found out this is me! I found myself and found the person I’m supposed to be❤

I'm 14 and last week I found myself trying to understand more of God and his messages to the world so I did a lot of researches about building my relationship with him, I found useful ways to pray and read the bible. I changed my music and I totally enjoy them so much, I started telling my siblings about some things I learned watching "Billy Graham" sermon's and it changed my view of things in a positive way. I really want to change for the better. I was a Chritian ever since birth, I really couldn't care about anything, but sometimes I'd feel I needed him but couldn't understand it in someways, after learning so much in just a week and a few days I feel like my life is changing. English is not my first language, when we go church I don't understand what they are talking about or I couldn't undertand the message in the sermons, but the English sermons I understand so much like it's my first language😂 But I'm thankful I understand in some way how much God loves us.

Just remember be loving. But don’t come into agreement with lies, that’s one way to give the Devil a foothold. Look into Christian apologetics, but remember where a lot of Christian apologetics fails, is the most important part, truly help them feel loved. Try to renew the mind Daily with Scripture and Prayer on your own. Some great additional resources would be “answers in genesis“ and “Ray Comfort” and for pop-culture apologetics “off the Krib Ministries.” “bible project” is a great thing to watch before you start reading a chapter of the Bible. “Sergio and Rhoda and Israel” are a fun way to learn about history/geography from a cute couples travel blog.
With modesty follow your convictions from God, but don’t make rules around rules for other people who have not had those convictions yet, that’s what the Pharisees did to people. That’s not to say you can’t explain the benefits of modesty to another person. The only rules I would say is probably be really careful with swimsuits, shorts, and things that could show chest because of how gross some people at the beach can be as they go just to look at young girls 🤢. Personally I wear what’s called a tankini with a tankini skirt, still easy to go to the bathroom, but it doesn’t actually show your mid drift but I know lots of modest girls that feel an athletic swimsuit is a modest swimming suit and again it’s up to them and their family, but obey your parents if they’re telling you they think you should wear a T-shirt or shorts and don’t feel pressured by anyone that you have to wear a string bikini, such as if your parents are the opposite side of the spectrum and buy you one. God will never ask you to compromise. You will save so much time and money if you just buy modest to start with. Try thrifting for it and have fun!

I was a drug addict at 16, dealt with toms of childhood trauma and baggage I carried with me everywhere. When I found God, little by little He started breaking down barriers, tearing down walls that were guarding my heart. The Bible says to guard our heart, which we need to do!! But if you guard your heart too fiercely you can even guard it from God. That was my problem. I guarded my heart from God and I couldn’t be vulnerable with Him. God is still slowly working through me every day but I quit pills I was taking and have been sober for years! I’m now 21 and am getting my life on track still :) know that things take time. Don’t try to rush God’s purpose for you, because His timing is perfect. Sometimes we want to rush being “that” Christian girl, which I know I wanted to, but these things can take time and practice and we get better as we go! Stay determined sisters in Christ, and I promise you God leads you where you need to be. Something I say to myself is five feet ahead. Always look five feet ahead but don’t try to see ahead of it because you never know where God is taking you. As long as you look five feet ahead on the path, He will clear that path for you!! I hope this encouraged someone if they see it :)
Congrats just remember that they'll be up and downs just remember God is there and he hasn't abandoned you. When ever you slip up just put it to go he will not turn down a broken or contrived heart.

I'm an international flight attendant and I became a christian one year ago , yes God changed me completely trough his mercy and Son. However I will confess thats its been hard lately and Is till struggle a lot against sin and against memories from my past life, Its hard to understand that everything is made new in Christ. I really relate to this! I’ve only been a Christian for a few months but I’ve learned so much! I’m changing and I’m continuing to grow my confidence in God and my family knows I’ve changed and my Christian parents are proud that I’m following their advice in reading the Bible and getting healthier. I used to be very depressed, anxious and unhealthy and I would get in a lot of trouble with people, leading up to attempting a suicide. I felt it in my soul saying, “Don’t do it, something is coming.” but I ignored it and just wanted everything to end. Luckily, it didn’t work❤That is the ONLY time I was proud of failing something, now I’m extremely focused on failing the devil. I can’t give into him again and I’ll bring others with me. I can’t see my family being dragged down with him.

I would sleep for a really long time and since I’m homeschooled I would wake up really late and just finish school at like 8 pm. I was trying to find myself for a long time. My room would always be dirty and my life was just a MESS even though I am a clean freak and like everything organized. The tip i’m definitely i’m using is reading the bible more and making it a priority. I’m closer to God when i spend time in His word and journal where i am at spiritually and how He is moving in my life. i like the idea of gratitude walks. I have a prayer journal, where i write out what i am anxious about and lay it all at the foot of the cross and praise Him for the things He has done and i am grateful for. Basically what you do in those prayer walks, but in a journal. Again, I really hope i can encourage you in saying that God is using you for His perfect purpose and He has everything in His hands. You are in my prayers! Continue saying yes to why He has called you to do!! ❤️❤️❤️

I totally agree with this, so many people are not pointing it out. Do you know when we point out "the wrong" we think we see in other Christians? Is normally when we never dealt with our own shortcomings. We will be slow to point when we pray the Holy Spirit convict the person of certain shortcomings. I learn to do that,and see for myself the change the Holy Spirit work in peoples lives without saying a word to the person in question.

Love this . You don’t make it about physicality , but about the best version of you (spiritually, mentally and physically.) Although, I struggle with self image like most women. I also struggle with finding sisters in Christ or just gfs in general . A lot are just into partying and drinking every weekend . I feel lonely in the friendship area of my life . To avoid really traumatizing and fucking them up , stay away from anything misogynistic. Idk how easy that’s going to be if you’re trying to be a “biblical Christian” but you’ll really save them a lifetime of therapy if you just treat them like actual humans who are equal .

Finding Godly friends is actually THE HARDEST thing you’ve mentioned to do. Finding Christian friends with similar experiences and goals is harder than it should be. I don’t know if it’s my position and where I live, or what… but I haven’t been able to find solid believers who make good friends since I was 18 😅

We need to read the bible to know how is a real christian. 'Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

when you said people are "finding themselves" with quotations i laughed because a lot of people do not want to hear that part. a lot of us leave God in last place and it will show! love this entire video and you!
i could write an entire book on this tbh, but i just wanted to quickly say as a warning to anyone who's been in my place that this lifestyle and mentality was extremely destructive to me when i found it and applied it to my life at the age of around 16. this could just be my experience, but in denying myself and "focusing only on God" i ended up with no sense of self at all and ended up depressed among other difficulties. The crux of the problem in this mentality is that it assumes you are doing something wrong and can fix your mind by fixing your behavior. That means any anxiety you have is wrong and bad and also is your fault because you can control it. as a neurodivergent that is very toxic because it neglects both my basic needs and any right to knowing myself. Thankfully, God told me actually to focus more on myself and that has been so healing.

You don’t see most that girl videos showing women, praying and reading the Bible, most likely because one of the things Jesus instructed through the gospels was not to be showy and self righteous and pray in front of people for attention.

I really love your videos! I'm 20 years old and I've just given myself to the Lord. And it's truly not easy. I went 2 decades without thinking of God, let alone putting him first. And sometimes I forget about Him, especially if I'm struggling with something. I get sucked up in my own emotions and thoughts that I forget I'm being guided and watched over and that I'm certainly not in it alone. When It comes to spending time with those who can draw you closer to God. I’ve been calling that a “ social cleanse” in my daily life I work with other people who aren’t all going to believe in the same things as I do and won’t have a walk with the Lord. I go to a church young adult group every Thursday night. Helps to encourage me to keep walking with the Lord. And it’s so refreshing being able to fellowship with young people who are hungry for God and have a desire to follow Him and do what He calls us to do.
This is probably my favorite video ever! This gave me comfort, I guess. I try to find myself and I try to incorporate God into it, but some days I can't. With my schedule being full almost every day, when I have free time I just want to get on my phone and do mindless things. I try to do things off my phone but then I figure out I can't do it anymore because I have a small attention span (because of my phone). I'm glad to say I watched this video all the way through with little distractions (checking my phone at the most 3 times). This video helped me figure out that I need to read the Bible instead of going on to my phone in the mornings. Give 10 minutes of my morning to God through prayer and just worshiping Him. I just want to thank you for this, because now, I know I don't have to be like the rest of the world. I can be what God wants me to be. I always knew that, but now I certainly *know* it.

I'm 14 and last week I found myself trying to understand more of God and his messages to the world so I did a lot of researches about building my relationship with him, I found useful ways to pray and read the bible. I changed my music and I totally enjoy them so much, I started telling my siblings about some things I learned watching "Billy Graham" sermon's and it changed my view of things in a positive way. I really want to change for the better. I was a Chritian ever since birth, I really couldn't care about anything, but sometimes I'd feel I needed him but couldn't understand it in someways, after learning so much in just a week and a few days I feel like my life is changing. English is not my first language, when we go church I don't understand what they are talking about or I couldn't undertand the message in the sermons, but the English sermons I understand so much like it's my first language😂 But I'm thankful I understand in some way how much God loves us.

Just remember be loving. But don’t come into agreement with lies, that’s one way to give the Devil a foothold. Look into Christian apologetics, but remember where a lot of Christian apologetics fails, is the most important part, truly help them feel loved. Try to renew the mind Daily with Scripture and Prayer on your own. Some great additional resources would be “answers in genesis“ and “Ray Comfort” and for pop-culture apologetics “off the Krib Ministries.” “bible project” is a great thing to watch before you start reading a chapter of the Bible. “Sergio and Rhoda and Israel” are a fun way to learn about history/geography from a cute couples travel blog.
With modesty follow your convictions from God, but don’t make rules around rules for other people who have not had those convictions yet, that’s what the Pharisees did to people. That’s not to say you can’t explain the benefits of modesty to another person.
The only rules I would say is probably be really careful with swimsuits, shorts, and things that could show chest because of how gross some people at the beach can be as they go just to look at young girls 🤢.
Personally I wear what’s called a tankini with a tankini skirt, still easy to go to the bathroom, but it doesn’t actually show your mid drift but I know lots of modest girls that feel an athletic swimsuit is a modest swimming suit and again it’s up to them and their family, but obey your parents if they’re telling you they think you should wear a T-shirt or shorts and don’t feel pressured by anyone that you have to wear a string bikini, such as if your parents are the opposite side of the spectrum and buy you one. God will never ask you to compromise. You will save so much time and money if you just buy modest to start with. Try thrifting for it and have fun!

Yesss im going into highschool and this is a struggle
I was a drug addict at 16, dealt with toms of childhood trauma and baggage I carried with me everywhere. When I found God, little by little He started breaking down barriers, tearing down walls that were guarding my heart. The Bible says to guard our heart, which we need to do!! But if you guard your heart too fiercely you can even guard it from God. That was my problem. I guarded my heart from God and I couldn’t be vulnerable with Him. God is still slowly working through me every day but I quit pills I was taking and have been sober for years! I’m now 21 and am getting my life on track still :) know that things take time. Don’t try to rush God’s purpose for you, because His timing is perfect. Sometimes we want to rush being “that” Christian girl, which I know I wanted to, but these things can take time and practice and we get better as we go! Stay determined sisters in Christ, and I promise you God leads you where you need to be. Something I say to myself is five feet ahead. Always look five feet ahead but don’t try to see ahead of it because you never know where God is taking you. As long as you look five feet ahead on the path, He will clear that path for you!! I hope this encouraged someone if they see it :)

I really relate to this! I’ve only been a Christian for a few months but I’ve learned so much! I’m changing and I’m continuing to grow my confidence in God and my family knows I’ve changed and my Christian parents are proud that I’m following their advice in reading the Bible and getting healthier. I used to be very depressed, anxious and unhealthy and I would get in a lot of trouble with people, leading up to attempting a suicide. I felt it in my soul saying, “Don’t do it, something is coming.” but I ignored it and just wanted everything to end. Luckily, it didn’t work❤That is the ONLY time I was proud of failing something, now I’m extremely focused on failing the devil. I can’t give into him again and I’ll bring others with me. I can’t see my family being dragged down with him.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am almost 14 and I have been recently struggling with my mornings and I didn’t talk to God as much. I would just wake up and feel horrible and I didn’t know why. I would sleep for a really long time and since I’m homeschooled I would wake up really late and just finish school at like 8 pm. I was trying to find myself for a long time. My room would always be dirty and my life was just a MESS even though I am a clean freak and like everything organized. The tip i’m definitely i’m using is reading the bible more and making it a priority. I’m closer to God when i spend time in His word and journal where i am at spiritually and how He is moving in my life.
i like the idea of gratitude walks. I have a prayer journal, where i write out what i am anxious about and lay it all at the foot of the cross and praise Him for the things He has done and i am grateful for. Basically what you do in those prayer walks, but in a journal.
Again, I really hope i can encourage you in saying that God is using you for His perfect purpose and He has everything in His hands. You are in my prayers! Continue saying yes to why He has called you to do!! ❤️❤️❤️

I totally agree with this, so many people are not pointing it out. You really don't have to live a certain lifestyle; I can see that she very dearly loves Jesus Christ but this whole "that Christian girl" is kind of messed up. You shouldn't focus or aim to be "that Christian girl" you should aim to build a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ, instead of trying to make it an aesthetic.

Do you know when we point out "the wrong" we think we see in other Christians? Is normally when we never dealt with our own shortcomings. We will be slow to point when we pray the Holy Spirit convict the person of certain shortcomings. Finding Godly friends is actually THE HARDEST thing you’ve mentioned to do. Finding Christian friends with similar experiences and goals is harder than it should be. I don’t know if it’s my position and where I live, or what… but I haven’t been able to find solid believers who make good friends since I was 18 😅

so thankful to have you here.
i could write an entire book on this tbh, but i just wanted to quickly say as a warning to anyone who's been in my place that this lifestyle and mentality was extremely destructive to me when i found it and applied it to my life at the age of around 16. this could just be my experience, but in denying myself and "focusing only on God" i ended up with no sense of self at all and ended up depressed among other difficulties. The crux of the problem in this mentality is that it assumes you are doing something wrong and can fix your mind by fixing your behavior. That means any anxiety you have is wrong and bad and also is your fault because you can control it. as a neurodivergent that is very toxic because it neglects both my basic needs and any right to knowing myself. Thankfully, God told me actually to focus more on myself and that has been so healing.

You are such an inspiration, I don’t find much girls involving God in their leveling up process yet instead they rely on themselves. I think that the moment we realize that we aren’t strong without him is the moment we invite him into our life and the moment we start to see change and grow as individuals. ❤️

I really love your videos! I'm 20 years old and I've just given myself to the Lord. And it's truly not easy. I went 2 decades without thinking of God, let alone putting him first. And sometimes I forget about Him, especially if I'm struggling with something. I get sucked up in my own emotions and thoughts that I forget I'm being guided and watched over and that I'm certainly not in it alone. Your videos inspire me to really take priority over my relationship with God and even understanding myself, who I am and want to be... Thank you for spreading these messages!

When It comes to spending time with those who can draw you closer to God. I’ve been calling that a “ social cleanse” in my daily life I work with other people who aren’t all going to believe in the same things as I do and won’t have a walk with the Lord. I go to a church young adult group every Thursday night. Helps to encourage me to keep walking with the Lord. And it’s so refreshing being able to fellowship with young people who are hungry for God and have a desire to follow Him and do what He calls us to do.

This is probably my favorite video ever! This gave me comfort, I guess. I try to find myself and I try to incorporate God into it, but some days I can't. With my schedule being full almost every day, when I have free time I just want to get on my phone and do mindless things. I try to do things off my phone but then I figure out I can't do it anymore because I have a small attention span (because of my phone). I'm glad to say I watched this video all the way through with little distractions (checking my phone at the most 3 times). This video helped me figure out that I need to read the Bible instead of going on to my phone in the mornings. Give 10 minutes of my morning to God through prayer and just worshiping Him. I just want to thank you for this, because now, I know I don't have to be like the rest of the world. I can be what God wants me to be. I always knew that, but now I certainly *know* it.
