If u had travelled on 22nd Dec night, then we were responsible for that 20mints delay at Edappalli toll, as we too made mistake of going to Vytilla hub and then taking metro to Edappalli LuLu mall.. Then walked(literally running) for 20 mints with baggage and finally got the bys. Apologized to crew.. But, in eTicket, it should've been mentioned as Ernakulam south KSRTC stand.. But because of this excellent crew, we didn't miss this bus.. We got down at Hosur and missed one small luggage.. In the return journey, they returned the luggage.. Very very rare to see such courteous crew in govt buses.. Kudos to them and kudos to KSRTC

If you’re a bus fan and would like to travel aboard a latest model bus. Then Ambaari. If not. KSRTC SWIFT was the best option on my 5 trips with both kswift and ambaari. The crew of kswift was far more courteous and hospitable than the grumpy crew aboard both the ambaari Utsav and the ambaari dream class. (Correction the Ambati dream class had a slightly better crew than the Ambati utsav but still a bit grumpy)
