Glad to help, I try to make them as helpful as possible, because not everyone needs or is interested in the full video or contents and gives them the ability to see if this is a video they want or resume the video if they've had to step away. :)
@@GingerPrimeGaming Thanks again! Also this is kind of a side tangent... I'm not a Christian myself but I do believe that men's mental health is very important and I think its really cool that you spread messages of hope and self acceptance/self forgiveness. I struggle with forgiving myself a lot and even though I am not sure I will ever get toa point where I can accept myself for who I am, its still validating, and it honestly makes a huge difference.
Super excited for Light No Fire. Been playing No Man Sky a lot lately and it keeps building hype for me. Worlds part 2 should be amazing. I do know during one of the last NMS update they did put a sentence in the patch notes stating that they had made decent progress on Light No Fire. So that’s exciting. Aside from that I’m really keeping a tempered amount of hopium that Tencent will do good things with Blue Protocol Star Resonance and we still will get to experience that game in some form. It looks promising at least.
I seem to recall you making update predictions for Oct, Nov, DEC, etc.. I’m curious if these are all just guesses or is it information coming from the studio. If it’s from the studio why do you think they’ve been so unreliable and missed so many dates?
They're mostly guesses and he has very limited access to any inside information much less aggregated data. Most major updates and releases are slated to be released before a quarter's end for the sake of metrics.
These are educated guesses, and I'm guessing you're talking about No Rest for the Wicked, and in that case, yes. There is information that I have been given, but it doesn't come every day, what we're working to get to is a good understanding of their velocity in development. The internal goals did align up with my estimations, but as I shared in previous videos a few curveballs got thrown in the mix.
While I am very interested in No Rest... sometime after 2025 is way too far out for my interest at this point. 2-3 months away from any games official release is really where I would be interested in watching update videos. The only other exception for me would be early access open to everyone, but other than that I just don't care about something over a year away.
Yeah, I was super bummed after the game awards for that reason, but setting my sights to Summer Games Fest, and a bunch of great games in between will have the time fly by.
The problem with No Man's Sky was that it was heavily pushed by Sony even though it wasn't ready yet. Light No Fire doesn't seem like it's going to repeat that mistake.
nah EA is a pain on console i dont think they wanna go through that and ill prefer they spend those resources on the PC early access as im sure its the best platform to see their vision for NRFTW fulfilled
The RPGs I'm paying attention to in 2025 are Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii and the Suikoden 1 and 2 HD Remasters. The weirdest entry is definitely The Hundred Line Last Defense Academy since it's made by the Danganronpa people and it's also a turn based strategy defense game from the looks of it. It definitely invoked Persona. I'm mostly disappointed by the pushing of the old franchises into action RPGs more than anything. The Atelier series is going full action RPG with Atelier Yumia and Trails into the Sky 1st is using the Trails Through Daybreak engine. Both are going to be a hard pass for me for that reason. It'll be time to check back in 5 or 6 years when Atelier gets a new protagonist and maybe the Trails series will revert to their old style once Daybreak passes.
why do you weirdos constantly insist that multiplayer go away. here's a thought, maybe single player should go away. Games since the dawn of time are meant to be MULTIPLAYER. Chess is MULTIPLAYER. The game of tag that EVEN ANIMALS PLAY, is MULTIPLAYER.
I love the timestamps so much. It saves a lot of time. Thanks for taking the time to make them :).

Yeah, I also hope Blue Protocol comes to fruition.
Really looking forward to both of these games.
Light No Fire looks like it's gonna be an amazing game.
Merry Xmas to you and your family!!!
Merry Christmas to you as well!
Looking forward to No Rest on console but also awaiting Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and Civilization 8.

kinda disappointed about the lack of new on Light no fire, but really dont wanna relive the hype that almost killed No mans sky.

I cant find the sub button 😮
Lol, jk found it 😉
Nice dude, welcome in. :)
NRFTW GOTY 2025
I don't know if it leaves Early Access in 2025, but who knows.

No rest for the wicked need to ditch the multiplayer and release single player full story on console! 😋
I don't see mp going away, but yes, you'll get more of that single player story etc with the next update, not the full story, but more story.

No, absolutely not.
im even more looking forward to wicked now after playing poe2 and seeing how mediocre it is.
poe2 is 100x better than no rest
We don’t know yet!
@@johnwayne4911 the fact you put mediocre and POE 2 in the same sentence blows my mind….
@@jkmorton97 its mediocre. stop the kap. stop shilling. that endgame is boring as shit. entire game is just a slot machine.
Same. Gameplay in NRFTW is more calculated/rewarding and the non-procedurally generated world is fantastic
