- Welcome to Ottawa, Canada's capital! Ottawa airport is a fun airport to spot at! They get a lot of Air Canada Express and Porter. The only widebodies that the airport sees regularly is Fedex's A300, Cargojet's 767 and Air Canada's 767!
This video features the first ever visit of Air Transat A321neo to Ottawa, CGG Aviation Basler BT-67, SunExpress A320 and many other interesting aircraft! I hope you ENJOY, I always enjoy spotting at our Capital.

Nice big compilation from YOW. Love that turbo DC-3 and the RCMP PC-12 as well.
Agreed. Love your channel by the way!
like your videos you show all types private and commercial I could spend all day at a airport just watching the a/c
Ottawa airport is going through some big changes such as new Air Canada 787-800 to London Heathrow and Lufthansa a340 to Frankfurt and some renovations in the terminal.
Well now that it’s COVID it can’t do anything I believe 90% of air Canada's fleet is nailed to ground and for Lufthansa only 2 a340's are available right now but for Lufthansa it’s still possible. Now I come from Gatineau QC and I go every weekend to YOW and all I see is either some aircraft from the National Research Center,Crj's from either jazz or Nav Canada, bearskin's aircraft or porter and WestJet Q400's or some times times even air Canada aircraft or Canadian North aircraft but normally before COVID-19 there was a lot more aircraft but now that Canada's border's are closed recognize that all the travel or other air companies that I named(or commented)are all CANADIAN and not American 🇺🇸 or German 🇩🇪 but obviously because Fedex is based in Ottawa even if they are from Memphis in the United States 🇺🇸 and not from Canada 🍁🇨🇦 they are still operating in Ottawa because again they are based in Ottawa it’s pretty sad 😢 to not see allot of action even not ever from Vintage Wings Of Canada 🇨🇦 but I guess we are still kind of lucky to have some sort of action at YOW Ottawa Ontario Canada i guess................................?.........!
Nothing
Forget that
Awesome YOW footage!
1:59 - DC-3 Alert!
Edit: 8:08 - NO WAY!!!
I actually live right next to Ottawa in Gatineau. I believe before at YOW where the airshow's because now their at the Gatineau Ottawa Executive airport (YND/CYND) and once again Mark thank you for an amazing plane spotting video always love them thank you.

Love the CargoJet and Canadian North in the same frame at the beginning.
Greetings from India
I thought that when a pilot is talking to ATC they only speak English except in certain countries
This is a sensitive topic for some pilots in Canada but yes, we allow French on the radio.
another great video mark thanks for sharing who owns the b727 parked in the background ?
Thank you! The 727 use to be owned by first air but is now used by Ottawa’s emergency services for training (2:17)
