Locksbottom to Hastings Motorcycle May Day Run - The 44th Annual event

This Locksbottom to Hastings Motorcycle event has been running since 1979. 2023 is the 44th year. I've filmed a few bits of it in the past, but today I went and filmed as much as I could. Traffic spoiled it a bit, but if you like your bikes, you're gonna love this.

Great video Paul. Reminds me of the TT when the roads open car flashes through after the days racing has ended . Bikes everywhere, we have the Wirral egg run by me and that is also a fab experience seeing them pass through . The wife and I have been on it a few times over the years .

There was indeed an accident a little further up the road, with an ambulance in attendance. I would have said hi, but probably wouldn’t have recognised you in the shades 😎
