Perth is such a family city and Rotto is very popular but a little secret. Penguin Island at Point Peron. No Quokkas but lots of fairy penguins, seals, dolphins, seagulls if nesting, pelicans and beautiful little beaches. Less touristy, very cheap boat ride across ( glass bottom) and excellent restaurants on shore ( nothing on the island) and there's a penguin rehab center where you can gather with the kids around a penguin pool and the staff put on a 1 hour show, it's delightful especially for the little ones.
Top notch video man, I spent a year in Australia in 2016 and missed out on WA. I’m headed back down under later this year to check it out…cheers from Tennessee USA! 🕺
Great place to visit. The quokkas are everywhere near the cafes and shops. They have small perspex doors on all the shops in an attempt to keep them out. The snakes and lizards are also worth keeping an eye open for.
So I work with 4x4 gator buggys . I always loose the keys😅.I always have a lanyard with a lil clip for keys , cards & whatever else may be impossible. Nice blue lanyard to standout. 🎉 glad you found the keys & handled the situation well. I cannot deal with stress as good as you. Hope the extended visa is going well! Hope too see you out on an adventure out in 2024!!!! 🎉🎉 🌏 KEEP UP THE CONTENT. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🇭🇲🇭🇲🇭🇲🤍🤍🤍
Just comes to show there are good samaritans left, your heart must have sank when you lost those keys yikes.....another beautifully done video Dain looking forward to the next one. Keep on trekking....now time for my cuppa ☕
You can't really cover Rottnest in 1 day if you want to snorkel, take in the views and sample the delicious cafes. If you just want to browse through I guess one day is sufficient. If you're a tourist I suggest spending at least 1 night on Rotto.
Question for you when you were filming on rottenness Island did you have to get a permit and get permission before filming for UA-cam? We are going there soon and I’m just curious if you needed to get permission or you just filmed?
Nope all good :) loads of people take photos and videos here. Only thing you can’t do is use a drone as there is a small airport there! But I would check this :) enjoy rottnest!!
They screwed me and my mate a few years ago, apparently you can't camp there without and an long pre booking, cant just buy one there with cash. and they tried to force us back on the boat immediantly on arrival.
Thanks for watching guys ❤ Make sure you hit subscribe to keep up with the Aussie vlogs 🎉
Love your sense of humour! Very enjoyable to watch.
